TRACEY the name of sales person there lied to us about no test drive today.Maybe because we are Malay and wearing slipper to showroom so she thought we are poor guy trying to get free ride...shame on you..Honda Tan Siang Ipoh please take action...Booked my FE elsewhere..its just Honda meh..not BMW..what was the attitude?

I have a bad experience while having the car service in Honda Ipoh. Actually, I had made a reservation for my car service at Thursday morning (10.30AM). When I arrived, suddenly I was been told that there was a long queue waiting for car service also, so I need to wait. I had waited from 10.30AM until 2PM, approximately 4 hours, just for a normal car service. Don't forget my booking time is 10.30AM. If there is a lot of customers, then why u tell me to make a booking at that time? Why u don't tell me to book another period? Do u think my time is free or do you think everyone lives near to the center?

Not very happy with the service at this centre.I didn't know they dunt do checking on Fridays.My car had few issues and I did address the issues to the customer service during my call to them but eventually on the day of service,I was told its only for service and can't do any checking.so I have to reschedule another day just to check on the issues that I've addressed regarding my car.i never had this issues when I gave my car fr service at any other places as they normally will address any problem and solve it during the service time itself.2ndly,despite repairing the problem,the issue still persist after 2 weeks

Very bad experience service there, especially the one incharge of front office, very rude toward customers, even ask me to find other service centre to meet customer demands. Not recommends for your appointment

Sales representative Miss Goh is NOT reliable. Placed order for my Honda HRV on August where she "claimed" that the estimated waiting time for car arrival is 2 months (Ruse black variant). Went back again after 2 months and now she's saying there's some other customer payment issue (obviously made up) and due to this I'll have to wait until NEXT YEAR MARCH to get my car. She also offered another color variant which I don't like (White) claiming that it is ready in stock, as if she's promoting the leftover unwanted stock from the other customers. My point is do not make promises that you can't keep, this is basically false advertising.

Never knew before this that if want to make service appointment, thru phone call is priority.. i make an appointment thru honda touch but was cancelled due to full schedule.. then, for what we installing honda touch if we can make an appointment thru phone call? Then just keep upgrading your honda touch laa.. International’s brand but using lame system.. su*k honda tian siang, jalan kuala kangsar..

Revisited after 3 months... Still.... No Refreshments... Only Coffee Available @11am... atleast some cheap biscuits for refreshments will be appreciated...

Friendly Service Advisors. Fully explained the servicing procedure before proceeding to check my vehicle. A comfortable lounge/waiting area is provided (but sadly, not persons with disability friendly). Despite the shortcomings of the lounge/waiting area was clean with nice seating, complete with free WiFi, hot beverages and nasi lemak bungkus....yummy. Servicing takes about 1-1.5 hours or lesser Oh yes, there's a complimentary car wash and vacuum service for all vehicles here too. Please do not forget to make prior appointment before coming in for your Honda vehicle service. A trusty, warm and friendly service centre, here in Ipoh. Cheers to all staff!!! Keep up the good job and keep smiling.
