    1) Did not attend customer when customer called to check order in a polite way. 2) Keep on delaying order for many times. 3) Did not call back customer after promise to call back (full payment made). 4) Reason invoice lost given until unable to trace invoice no.. Bad filling management. 5) After delayed order for two weeks, the wardrobe received unable to close well. 6) Worker left when customer xheckich wardrobe. 7) Delivery order (DO) not given.
