Went in to buy a friend a mi band 4 as a gift. (23/6/2020 6.30pm) Was going to pay for it and the chinese man at the cashier very rudely told me that it’s best for the person using it to come so he can show how to set it up properly. I said I understand but it was meant to be a gift. (There should be an element of surprise- do you expect me to bring the person here to purchase the product ?) I have purchased mi bands here before and they have never done that before. I do understand he is wanting to set up the product properly but The reason I’m writing this review is that when I turned around and have not even left the store and he was already talking bad about me before I left. I’m sorry but you should not put that man at the counter. Terrible service for sales!

Went in today to enquire about the Redmi 12C phone, which they were advertising as on sale. When we spoke to a staff member, they said they didn’t have a demo model to show us and that the phone is only good for making phone calls and nothing else… What kind of smartphone is ONLY good for making calls? If I wanted that, I’d get the 20 year old Nokia 3310 out of my drawer and use that (and it would have better battery life!). I understand people trying to up sell, but don’t look me in the eye and lie to my face… Or if he really believed what he said, he’s a completely incompetent and clueless sales person… I don’t know what’s worse. Oh, and on every previous visit, the staff have a tendency of awkwardly walking closely behind you like a stalker without actually saying a word. Turns out when they do speak, it doesn’t really improve things.

Went to purchase a product as it was necessary parts, cashier (Chinese guy) was very rude when I was uncomfortable with him holding my credit card especially during this period of time. He shook his head with disapproval, twice. Once when he wanted to key in my credit card details to his system to tally with payment (understood but at least assure your customers that it’s just 4 last number digits to tally) and once when needed to wave the card to the terminal. Rude.

Poor service specially for phone repair,staff mention can't inform to customer the price of phone repair if the phone no under warranty cover,repair center will direct repair the phone without inform the price but customer need to paid it after repair👎👎👎

Just bought note13 pro+. Sellers patiently explained and answered my questions. Its ok to browse the products in the store - they are willing to entertain potential buyers. My son did that yesterday. After that , we decided to buy from this shop. Hope this phone can last long like my old one.

I have purchased couple of gadget or electronic items from them, not cheap and each of costs few hundred. I am not sure whether I didn't buy enough (or the man will serve you warmheartedly if only if you purchase a phone there?) or it is part of the shop sale assistant practices, I don't see a welcoming customer service. Instead, by not saying it is to the extend of poor, but sometimes it is cold. Except one Chinese tall guy, he is nice in overall(there few tall chinese guys, not all of them).It is convenient to shop in there, however with all these, it is kind of holding me back at some point of time. Hopefully you guys can improve on it.
