Beautiful garden, very well kept, where one can enjoy a peaceful moment immersed in the nature, seated on a bench and watching the sea: on one side the Musée Oceanographique, on the other side the Port de Fontvieille.

The gardens are definitely worth a visit. There are some cool sculptures in the garden like the one of Prince Albert and there is also a really beautiful viewpoint. Moreover, the gardens lie between the Oceanographic Museum and the Cathedral. Thus, they are easily incorporated in a sightseeing tour

Beautiful and peaceful garden, right near the Oceanographic Museum. one interesting attraction is the statue with two heads. You can spend half an hour here to charge your batteries before you continue your visit of the Rock. Nice view of the sea coast too.

The gardens are made up of a series of paths on the south west face of the Rock of Monaco. Between the Oceanographic Museum and the Cathedral, this green setting offers walkers as many surprises as exceptional views of the “Big Blue”. Between exceptional plants and sculptures. The rocks jut out opposite the Mediterranean, you can see many sculptures like the bronze statue of Prince Albert I “The Navigator Prince”. Great place for photos with incredible backgrounds. We enjoyed our time walking thru the gardens of various types.

Jardins de St. Martin are an hidden pearl of Monaco! Super relaxing and peaceful, it really differs from the noise and populated rest of the city. Make sure to go there at least once. The view over the Mediterranean is amazing.

Some good exotic plants within the garden and some amazing views just on the outside of it! Only downside was it was very small and doesn’t take long to walk around but it’s right next to the Oceanography museum so that’s perfect to do after

Im September 2022 haben wir diesen wunderschönen botanischer Garten besucht. Neben einer fantastischen Aussicht und vielen mediterranen Pflanzen, findet man hier Ruhe vom doch recht vielen Verkehr in Monaco.

Very nice space with great views and benches in the shade. Please add some signs to educate people that it is NOT ok to feed the birds and what the consequences are 🙏🏻 there were unfortunately countless people feeding the birds

The Saint Martin Gardens in Monaco are a true hidden gem and a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as you enter, you’re enveloped in a lush, green oasis that offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The gardens are immaculately maintained, with a variety of plants and flowers that add to the serene atmosphere. The winding paths are perfect for a leisurely stroll, allowing you to fully absorb the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. Along the way, there are several benches where you can sit and enjoy the picturesque scenery. The gardens also feature sculptures and monuments that add an artistic touch to the natural landscape. What I appreciated most about Saint Martin Gardens was the sense of peace it provided, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or contemplation. Whether you’re a nature lover, looking for a quiet place to unwind, or simply want to enjoy some of the best views in Monaco, Saint Martin Gardens is a must-visit.

Small but beautiful. Nice view over Fontvieille and the sea. If someone wants to have a quick lunch while visiting the castle hill in Monaco you can buy a sandwich and sit in this garden. There is even a clean 🚻. The garden starts right in front of the Cathedral St Nicolas and ends at the museum of Oceanography.
