We visited this place on a weekday and we were 6 people in total. All of us had a valid safe pass. Once we entered the bar the person responsible told us that all of us must have a vaccination pass, otherwise we had to leave and that he couldn’t do anything about it since this is a new policy of the bar.Terrible service, I wouldn’t recommend it especially if you value good customer service!

The food is ok, but the service is awful. I invited a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and I regret having chosen this place.

The Mojito was warm, only some ice cubes, almost no sugar, whoever makes the cocktails needs some serious studying to do. The environment is very cool

Strictly for smokers!! 💨 We went there for dinner and drinks. The majority of the people were smoking (even in the inside area) cigars and cigarettes. There was no separate dining area for non-smokers. We obviously didn’t enjoy the food because of that. The quality of the food was okish, except for the beef fillet which was pretty average. The cocktails were nice. The service was really nice. The music was way too loud; we were only two people and we had to shout to have a conversation.🤷🏻‍♀️

Music is way too loud even in the morning / lunch time. Can’t even think or sit comfortably. It’s extremely inappropriate and the staff is rude. SHUT YOUR MUSIC OFF DURING QUIET HOURS.

Nice place with good food and good service. But smoking is allowed inside just because the roof can open, even though it's closed in the winter so it becomes horrible as the night progresses.

Hugo place is a racist place I was a tourist and despite I am fully vaccinated the owner of the place is selecting people based on colours so sad.
