No complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff, excellent service, delicious food and a perfect environment. I sound like a fanboy but they cause all this.

By far the best pub in Nicosia! You need a reservation if you don’t want to be disappointed, although you might find a spot from people who just left or at the bar if you are passing by. Food portion are big and tasty! Staff is always helpful and polite! We visit them 3-4 times a month and we were never disappointed!

The staff is really helpful and polite. We have a great time everytime we visit this bar and grill restaurant. The atmosphere and all the vibes are really good. Perfect place to watch football match and drink some beer. The burgers are on fire. Many different choices. The fries are local and fresh!! The only thing i do not recommend is the wrap, it was a little bit of dry. It would be better if i have a choice to add any sauce inside.

A pub to go either with family or friends. It is kids friendly. The food is great. Careful thought on decoration. The red telephone booth instantly catches your attention!

Amazing atmosphere and food.

So, I ordered a pork chop and it took me ages to chew! It was over cooked and I sent back more than the half. There was no apology, nothing. And when I asked the waitress if she informed the kitchen, they told me the kitchen said “it was okay, maybe she only didn’t like it” — such an unprofessional attitude. Good for drinks but I wouldn’t suggest pork chop!

The atmosphere is quite nice and the staff are very helpful and kind however the food needs some quality improvement. I personally had the chicken fajita for €14.30 and the portion size was ridiculously small. It was closer to a starter rather than a main course and im not even a big eater! Additionally all the meals we ordered had an insane amount of salt and pepper! The burgers were too dry and overcooked and the buns weren’t anything special. I would suggest some improvement on the menu

"because the place is fully reserved" You are asked to leave after a certain hour to only realize half the tables are empty. Another day i tried to reserve a table for 2 hours later. I was told i cannot and that it was fully booked. Then 2 hours later simply by walking in was able sit down normally and again the place was half full.

Waiter was a bit rude with me. I had ordered a drink and didn’t expect it to have fire. I wasn’t sure what to do with it as it wasn’t explained to me. When I asked the waiter he made me feel dumb, even when I was visibly nervous around the fire. The nachos were ok but it made me sick.

One of my favourite places to eat in Nicosia and an AMAZING burger house! A million times recommend food is great and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy!

Nothing to write home about, if you are interested in a TGIF alternative, it might do for it though. I have not had any of their highlight dishes, but my friends said they were good.

Great first because the have draft Guinness,had the wings good flavour but the need some crunch its a good place for a casual sports night out

Service was excellent. Very kind and attentive, very very pleasant staff. Food speaks quality! Beers properly cooled!

No respect to the customers.. they said that was fuel of reservations and all the tables was empty... finally we sit inside and we saw the place was empty for two - three hours until we left..there are too much better bar- restaurants in the area that they respect the people so if you can avoid this one..

It takes forever to bring the food. 1.5 hour and still counting .. They now told us there is no more potatoes ! So we did not eat ! “ Great “ experience.. 0 stars

Food was great, service was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a bar with some decent tunes and great staff!

Nice burgers! Good variety of beers. I found that there are a few members of the staff that are not as polite and helpful as others. Overall though, we didn't have any major problems! :)

Beef nachos not good , canned sauces and terrible fried beef. Probably worse nachos i have eaten ever. I found the bar beautiful and the menus are nice. Music zero stars and loud and ugly, I like rock and hard rock but it was just loud for no reason. Mistakes on the order and the bill. Our waiter was friendly from Poland. The beers were nice. Not coming back. The burget garnish was finished because the kitchen was ready to close, and well... way too many problems for a burguer.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed their nachos dish and the beer was as good as it gets. As a huge Iron Maiden fan it's good to know there is a bar which plays their songs!

Not bad. I had I had a pork chop and my friend had fish & chips. My chop was good but they fell short on the fish.

The food and selection of beers is really good, but it lacks a bit in the service. There are waiters and runners, but whenever I have been here is found that there were not enough waiters for the amount of tables.

Not a very good place. Hurried and unfriendly staff, mediocre food, and prices not really that OK.

The place is nice but the food is awful and over-priced. And on top we heard arguments in the background, when we asked one of the waiters they told us that an ex-employee is making a hassle because the boss did not pay his salary. Come on lousy food, high priced and does not pay employees!!!!!

I gave a two star rating because of the excellent atmosphere, the nice music and the waiter's good service. Other than that, it was a one star. My son and I ordered the "steak" sandwich, which was ovbviously made of the left over meat from the other steaks, and it was obvious at that. Very hard to chew, full of fat, and heavily seasoned in order to hide the above. (€14×2 wasted) My wife and my other son ordered a burger, which also was heavily seasoned, and of average quality, but not as bad as the "steak" sandwich. All in all a very bad experience, food wise. But I guess the place is good for beers and snacks.

The ambiance of the place looks good and all. Staff were very friendly overall, but the problem was with the food. It took too long to come up on the table and was already cold. Just hope next time service should be faster.

Ordered a half pint of Hoegaarden beer. Everyone else's drinks arrived (three cocktails!) and my drink was still nowhere to be found. After our potato wedges arrived as well, I kindly asked one of the waiters where my beer was and how come it's taking so much time for them to bring it to me. He seemed like he was really going to bring my beer this time because he said, in a very reassuring tone that "It's coming.". Then, after several extra minutes have passed while waiting for my beer, and while everyone else on the table had almost finished theirs, I ask another one of the staff for an explanation as to why they forgot to bring the beer to me. Their answer to me was: "We didn't forget about it...etc.,etc.". Then another several minutes pass, and I am just feeling so hopeless about this half pint that I had ordered 15-20 minutes ago (I didn't really count time, maybe it was more), and then...it finally arrives...without the proper foam on top. Service was emotionless, exhausting, disappointing. I felt so disrespected since the only final explanation they could give to me about this whole mess was that "We are sorry for the delay, but there has been a problem.". That's it. No more explanation. None. Also, what might have been the owner (?), was kind of ironic and awkward to talk to. Didn't feel comfortable at all. NOT recommended.

worst customer service ever, we had to ask to get forks and knives,took to long for the food to come and i also ordered a medium burger and it came raw.
