An outstanding private tour yesterday on the beautiful and large Vela Gulet. Captain Serhat, and ‘crew’ (his wonderful 81 years old mum) were superb hosts. The onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stereo are excellent. Lots of shade available as well as plenty of seats and beds for sunbathing. Lunch at the first stop was a fabulous highlight of the day with an extensive meze with barbecued chicken, lamb and fish, followed by fresh fruit. Beer, wine, Prosecco and soft drinks are available all day from the very cold fridge - perfect. The second stop was adjacent to a water sports centre where we did parasailing and jet skiing. A very leisurely trip back into Girne harbour ended a truly memorable, fun-filled and enjoyable day. Do not miss it!

Wonderful experience in Cyprus. Came as a group, but, have been pleasantly surprised by their individual attention. Thanks Serhat and auntie Esen. The food was just suuupppeeerrrbbbb. a beautiful experience from start to finish. sarhad and his mother were incredibly kind & provided a beautiful atmosphere for us. the lovely mother provided a spread of mezes for the two of us which was some of the best tasting food we have had on our entire trip! the boat is a great peaceful environment and very clean including the bathrooms. thank you again to you both for a splendid day sailing along the coast, we will hope to see you again on our next visit to cyprus :)

We spent the day with Serhat and his mum on a private boat trip. The trip Was just outstanding very thing about it was amazing and I did not want the day to end. The food was out of this world some of the best I have had. Nothing was to much on the day.

Fantastic day boat trip on Captain Serhat’s yacht the Vela! A friendly welcome from the start of the day, amazing food, cooked by Serhat’s mum on board, was absolutely delicious! Water sports available at an additional cost. The day went far too quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great ship, pleasant surroundings. The food is self-made and excellent. We have been on the ship really often as a family or couple and always enjoyed it really well.

My family (party of 4) went on the boat trip Mon 12th Sept. 10 people on board ensured plenty of room to sunbath or sit in the shade. Capt tells me he never goes “overboard” on numbers to ensure space for everyone. Boat is very well turned out, clean & the BBQ lunch & Meze excellent. Drinks are are well priced. Also, watersports are made available to those that want a bit of adventure. If you have a small number let them know they will then try & get others to join you and make the trip possible. Weather permitting trips will run to early Nov. All in all a great day out provided by Capt & his Mum you does the food. Dave Morton

Absolutely fantastic day on the Vela. This is our second trip and it did not disappoint. Great scenery, fantastic food and the hosts (Captain and his Mum!) were amazing all day. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

This trip is so relaxing, Mama cooks the best Turkish mezze you will find anywhere, and Serhat, her son, skippers the yacht and looks after your every need. Have done 5 trips in the last year.
