Very
poorly
organized
and
the
treatment
method
was
simply
not
discussed!
My
gynecologist
sent
me
to
Mr.
Nießen
because
I
had
severe
pain
in
the
pelvic
floor
area
after
the
birth
of
my
child.
We
also
made
an
appointment
with
him
by
name
over
the
phone.
As
the
first
appointment
instead,
I
had
to
find
someone
to
watch
my
newborn.
When
I
arrived
at
the
practice
I
was
sent
away
straight
away
because
I
was
told
my
colleague
had
not
booked
the
appointment
with
Nießen
and
only
he
could
treat
this.
We
had
a
babysitter
and
the
return
trip
for
free.
But
no
problem,
mistakes
happen.
!
Improvement
should
occur
after
3-4
treatment
appointments.
After
6
treatments
no
results.
Because
of
this,
I
had
my
doctor
give
me
a
new
prescription
and
had
a
new
appointment
in
advance.
After
my
first
new
appointment
from
the
second
prescription,
I
asked
at
the
front
desk
for
a
new
appointment.
This
young
lady
couldn't
give
me
any
appointments
because
she
said
there
was
no
one
there
who
could
make
appointments.
I
should
please
call
back
in
the
next
few
days
regarding
new
appointments
.
What
is
this
young
woman
doing
at
the
front
desk
if
she
can't
make
appointments?
Absolutely
nothing.
There
was
no
one
there
during
opening
hours
who
could
do
this.
Strange.
Nobody
there
knows
about
each
other
and
that
shouldn't
happen
in
a
physio
practice.
I've
been
to
several
physio
practices
because
of
my
back
problems
but
I've
never
seen
anything
so
poorly
organized.
Since
my
grandmother
was
dying
immediately
afterwards,
I
didn't
call
for
a
new
appointment
the
next
day
and
got
the
message
from
the
practice
that
I
had
missed
my
appointment,
which
I
didn't
even
get.
???!!!!
I
wrote
back
that
my
grandmother
was
dying
and
that
I
would
contact
her
for
new
appointments.
The
practice
then
wrote
a
total
lack
of
understanding
and
condescending
that
the
therapist,
Mr.
Nießen,
would
no
longer
want
to
treat
me
because
of
my
unreliability.
????????????
The
practice
showed
who
was
unreliable
right
from
the
first
appointment.
An
absolute
disgrace!
Conclusion:
costs
for
unsuccessful
treatment.
At
the
first
appointment
there
were
travel
costs
there
and
back
that
didn't
have
to
be
there,
plus
baby
sitter
and
the
additional
fees
for
the
new
prescription
that
I
have
to
pay
for
an
incomplete
treatment.
Big
thanks
to
the
whole
team.
What
I
would
also
like
to
urgently
address
is
that
Mr.
Nießen
hasn't
even
told
me
since
the
first
treatment
how
he
would
treat
my
symptoms.
As
a
new
patient
for
my
pelvic
floor,
I
have
no
idea.
You
have
to
inform
the
patient
beforehand.
Everyone
in
the
known
circle
agreed
with
me
and
also
confirmed
to
me
that
it
was
nonsense.
He
had
to
reach
into
my
private
area
to
feel
the
bottom
of
the
pool,
and
without
asking
me
first.
It's
bad
for
him.
an
everyday
task
but
for
me
as
a
new
patient
it
wasn't
clear.
This
is
discussed
in
advance.
I'm
curious
to
see
whether
this
will
happen
to
another
osteopath.
I
will
definitely
keep
myself
informed.
I
only
know
that
physio
practices
do
gymnastics
exercises,
I
would
assume
that
there
would
also
be
exercises
for
that.
I
hope
that
the
practice
will
treat
its
patients
better
in
the
future.
I
wish
you
all
the
best.
