I think it might be a good deal for the students,since it's a place where people from allover the world come. However, services are quite bad. The girl at he check-in was a bit rude in general, and she highlighted several time that I had a few days to report any problem in the room,as well as if there were any damages, and that I have to clean before checking out. However, I found the room very dirty, there were a lot of problems and I sent a few emails (and a message via airbnb - since I booked my stay from there) reporting it without any answer. there should have been someone cleaning the common spaces, nobody was doing it (kitchen and corridors were always dirty with sticky floors). Also, food and beverages were disappearing from the common fridge as well as packages from the main hall. Communication with the "basecamp buddies" doesn't exist, they do not reply. Definitely not worth it, it was pretty expensive and the quality very bad. I don't recommend at all.

Great student dormitory, especially for students that are just starting their studies at Goettingen. Besides the multiple included rooms such as study rooms, gym, event rooms, cinema etc, Basecamp administration is really keen on hosting all sorts of events.

Basecamp is a new and fully-furnished building, suitable for students. Many services available as gym, laundry, study rooms and other common areas. It is located immediately south of the city center, with the bus stop in front of the door (for north-campus and central-campus). I recommend it.

Very good Place to stay in Göttingen. Nice amenities and a good community, if you're interested in. The bus stop to the city and to the university is just in front of the door. It's a new building and had some little issues, but they were solved one by one. The staff is very helpful. Thanks for this.

Best place for a place to live in Goetiingen germany for a student all facilities available literally alll.. Also every week fun activities.

They accept no cash from students or clients. There are a lot of students they have cash, not German (visa/master supported) bank account for the first weeks of they stay to reserve the room. But the other services are pretty good for now.

Excellent place to stay for short or long duration. Gym, laundry, kitchen, free WIFI, Ampi theater, indoor games. Beautiful peaceful view from upper floors. Bus stop just outside the main entrance with good connectivity to important places around. Many inhouse events to socialize with other residents.

Great facilites! Cinema, gym and a common room for us to share with others!
