Ich wollte heute Morgen meinen telefonisch vereinbarten Termin verschieben. Daraufhin entgegnete mir eine sehr unhöflich wirkende Mitarbeiterin, dass der vereinbarte Termin (16:30 Uhr) nicht existiert und zudem nicht innerhalb der Sprechzeiten läge und ich beim falschen Zahnarzt anrufen würde. Ich weiß sehr gut, bei welchem Zahnarzt ich bin und laut Website liegt 16:30 Uhr auch noch innerhalb der angegeben Sprechzeiten. Ob aus Unwissenheit oder Desinteresse, patientenorientiert war diese Art und Weise der Kommunikation nicht und ich bin vom Umgang enttäuscht.

Very pleasant, modern practice. Doctor Friedrich gave me very detailed and professionally competent advice. The implants were placed using the 3D process. The dentures fit easily. I have always been treated by Doctor Friedrich and have been extremely satisfied! Very thorough and painless treatments. Virtually no waiting times. Absolutely recommended.

Very good dentist, friendly and calm. Each denture was made and inserted with high precision and has never caused any problems. The prophylaxis is carried out to a very high standard. I have been a patient in the practice for a few years and have never felt better looked after. In addition to the great PZR, I received crowns and veneers here, for which I always receive nothing but compliments (especially from people in the field). When I had a nasty tooth root infection, everyone in the practice really took loving care of me. I am very impressed by what is now possible with the latest technology. My dentures (renewal of a dental crown) were completely fitted in just one session. Dr. Friedrich worked hygienically and, above all, professionally. Thank you for that! At the next appointment I had the prophylactic teeth cleaning. The newly purchased equipment was also used here and, of course with the very careful treatment by the specialist, this session produced a really good result.
