Went to this dentist for the first time today after changing my place of residence. On the recommendation of many and good reviews, I chose this dentist. Very professional, very friendly and very competent. Clear recommendation! I will come back.

Going to the dentist is always not nice, but it has to be done again and again because of routine or special procedures. However, if the treatment is simply good overall, it starts with the friendliness/attention at reception, uncomplicated appointment arrangements including digital announcements - but of course if the dentist knows his trade, the matter is much more pleasant. All in all, you feel completely taken care of, the individual “emotional situations” are addressed and, most importantly, the result is right (in my treatments). I still don't like going to the dentist, but my experience makes it much easier for me.

Ich persönlich bin Neupatient und habe dort Erfahrungen sowohl mit Frau Truschel als auch mit Herrn Siefert gemacht. Als ich einmal akute Zahnschmerzen hatte, bekam ich direkt am nächsten Tag einen Termin. Die Aufklärung des Patienten, was genau gemacht wird, ist auch besonders hervorzuheben. Bei Fragen wird auch in's Detail gegangen und es gibt keine Spur von Eile oder Hektik. Mir wurde zudem auch eine abgebrochene Ecke im Frontzahn-Bereich ohne Zusatzkosten repariert, die mich schon seit Jahren gestört hat. Von mehreren anderen Zahnärzten wurde mir gesagt, dass die Ecke zu klein sei und es deshalb nicht gehen würde. Man könne das Problem nur mit Veneers lösen hieß es dann. Demnächst habe ich eine PZR gebucht. Der Preis ist mit 80€ aber am unteren Ende der Skala (ca. 80-120€), was auch sehr gut ist und mit ein Hauptgrund, warum es überhaupt zum Ersttermin kam. Das Praxis-Management scheint ebenfalls gut zu sein, da es kaum Wartezeiten gibt.

Mr. Rohde treated me professionally and the result exceeded my expectations. The whitening that Ms. Pflugrad carried out was particularly impressive. The team works together perfectly and the positive atmosphere ensures an all-round pleasant experience. Clear recommendation!

Wow. As a patient with anxiety, I have never felt so at ease and comfortable anywhere. All the employees were very understanding and Ms. Truschel is really a very cheerful personality who at the same time brings calm to the body and doesn't seem intrusive, but always waited for me to play along. I've already had other experiences - nothing works for me with pressure anymore. I can really recommend this practice, especially Ms. Truschel, to everyone.

Nice, kind and competent people. They speak english as well. Everything went smoothly. They kindly explained everything clearly that they do and with enough information. They listen your questions and reply to them kindly. I had a trauma with the dentists before but with them I really felt comfortable. Beautiful service, good and kind people! Definitely recommended!!

A huge THANK YOU at this point once again to my treating dentist, Ms. Beate PFLUGRAD. :)) I needed a total of 9 fillings in two sessions (front teeth; visible areas: 5 at the top, 3 at the bottom + 1 old molar filling which was replaced). The result is BOMBASTIC!!! I am so grateful. Thanks to composite fillings + professional work (!!!) there is no difference to my real teeth/my normal tooth color. WOW! And it anesthetize very well, which is really important to me personally. The aftercare/wearing off of the anesthesia went without any problems, as did brushing my teeth. I have rarely been so satisfied after a visit to the (dental) doctor in my life. All the staff in the practice are really very friendly and I felt absolutely comfortable and in good hands in the modern rooms. A relaxed, warm and calm atmosphere that is simply good for the soul. You are completely looked after - everything is PERFECT! Today was my first time in this practice - and definitely not the last time. I found everyone who works there and whom I met to be very friendly and open. I felt like I was in good hands with Bob Siefert - competent, he took his time. Can recommend the practice!

Hello. Unfortunately I have to write something bad here. I made an appointment with the practice by phone a month ago (October). Today I was there and it turned out that my appointment had not been entered. Although it was definitely a staff error, I couldn't be admitted with a wait. Only a check should be carried out, not treatment. I think that's unfair. You will be informed that you should cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance if something changes, otherwise the appointment will be charged and on the other hand you will be turned away. I waited a month for the appointment and took the afternoon off. Well... trustworthy is different.
