My entire family, from toddlers to teenagers to adults, are satisfied patients in the practice. The doctors and staff are friendly and the practice is very modern. We have always been very satisfied with the treatments so far. Prophylaxis is also carried out very thoroughly and competently. The great thing is that you can receive treatment in the practice for the rest of your life. The colorful children's loungers are very appealing for the little ones. If you get too big for it, you simply switch to the adult section. The only thing that needs to be improved is telephone accessibility, which is not unusual in times of staff shortages. On my emails So far, the response has always been very timely.

I feel in good hands here. Great advice and finally no pain during prophylaxis (unfortunately that was always part of it for me).

We have been in the practice with our daughter for 2 years and are extremely satisfied! The reception staff and the dental staff are friendly and helpful. There is a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The practice rooms are child-friendly, bright and inviting. We are being treated by Ms. Kruel-Wais. She is great with the children, involves them in the examination process and is always attentive to us parents. For our daughter, going to the dentist has now become a highlight and we can't imagine a better dentist!

To be honest, I would prefer to give 0 stars. I was specifically looking for a pediatric dentist for my son, who is afraid of the dentist. When we were there, my son started clinging to me and the doctor told him not to act like that, she didn't have that much time right now. She also said that my son is just stubborn. The doctor tried me too to make some paid treatments (together over 100 euros) palatable. I left the practice speechless. Luckily, we have now found a very loving and relaxed dentist for my son, he had his teeth checked without any problems and all the extra things that had to be paid for at the pediatric dentist are available at no additional cost to the dentist. I don't actually write reviews, but with the doctor who only treats children, I had to do that now!!! Very unfriendly dentist and then cash in!!!!

I was here for prophylaxis and had very professional experiences there. From the friendly welcome to the treatment - I feel comfortable here. I also find the overall concept of dental treatment from childhood - throughout life - interesting. That is successful continuity. Thank you very much, I have already made 2 new appointments.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter zur Erstuntersuchung. Sehr liebes Personal und informatives Gespräch. Super liebe Kinderärztin, meine Tochter hat sie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Tochter hatte hier 2 OP's. Alles super, sehr nette Ärztin. Die Arzthelfer sind auch meistens sehr nett und zuvorkommend, mit Ausnahmen von einer, kann auch aein das wir sie nur 2 mal am schlechten Tag erwischt haben. Die Narkose Ärztin, na ja, bissen mehr Empathie würde ihr nicht schaden. Aber generell sehr Professionell, sauber und für Kinder dir Angst haben perfekt.

Ein Stern⭐️Ist sogar VIEL ZU VIEL.Mein Sohn hatte in 2022 dort eine OP ehr wachte viel schwerer auf ich hatte viele fragen sorgen die Krankenschwester war empört, dass ich mir sorgen machte und stellte später gewisse fragen sie sah uns im beobachtungsraum nicht einmal an ich füge hinzu mein zweiter sohn wurde beim löwenzahnarzt operiert er wurde ganz anders betreut und ich würde ihn hier nie wieder uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.👎🏽ohne Respekt zu kleinem Patienten

A great dentist! After a long search, I finally found a decent dentist! The treatment was very pleasant and explained in detail. The dental treatment and teeth cleaning were really great 👍🏼 I can really recommend it.

I went to the dentist for the first time today with my wife and my 2 year old son. Apart from how modern and beautifully equipped the practice is, I felt very comfortable as someone who doesn't like going to a dentist. My son also had a lot of fun waiting in the children's waiting room and spending the time playing. The doctor and the assistant were both very sensitive, friendly and competent. My son is rather averse to doctors, but he felt very comfortable with the doctor and didn't want to leave the practice. I can only recommend this practice and I am very happy to have found this practice. Thanks :)

I took my 2-year-old son to the pediatric dentist's office after he never wanted to open his mouth at my "normal" dentist. The staff was very friendly and took great care of my son, so the visit wasn't a problem for him. I was very impressed by the more modern practice rooms and the very short waiting time.

I was traumatized by teeth cleaning and was cured of it today at the Luisen Dentist! Due to a very painful experience in another practice about 6 years ago, I was quite anxious about having my teeth cleaned this morning and Ms. Kramer took the time to listen to me and explain everything to me very transparently - that's trustworthy built up! And the treatment was really fantastic, not painful at all! I didn't even know that this was possible!!! And it was certainly a lot of work after 6 years of abstinence from teeth cleaning...very humane, very professional! And the teeth look great too! Thank you, Ms. Kramer! ...Generally I have a really good impression of this practice, professional, fair, humane...I finally found a dentist where I can go with a toothache without a stomach ache :-)
