Great place, interesting tour

Arbeitet hier überhaupt noch jemand??? Ich habe mir die große AMBEO Soundbar gekauft, mit der ich sehr glücklich bin. Als ich mich mehrfach an den Kundenservice gewendet habe, bekam ich eine andere Meinung zur Firma Sennheiser. In diesem Jahr hatte ich mich 25 mal per Mail an den Servive gewendet, eine Antwort kam ich leider nie an……. Ich war jahrelang ein großer Sennheiser Fan….,,,,,

Send them a pair of GSP 600 with cracked plastic. They send me a brand new haeadset. This company have top products and also top customers care. U rock !

It is a world class company. I only use the sound from Sennheiser. It's pure crystal and fantastic sounds. I am grateful to all the engineers and sound engineers for the great opportunity to use your magnificent products! with my kind reggards,

Sennheiser, began to do poorly

The cable for the HD 800 S is DESIGNED TO FAIL. The material they use for the connector wires is similar to Apple's poorly made charging cables that break apart within time. Both cables that come with the headphones failed in the same exact way. My headphones now cut in and out and a replacement cable costs $300. This is unacceptable manufacturing standards for something that costs $1,800. My partners $150 Beyerdynamic headphones have lasted longer than both of my cables combined. 1 star. I'm going with a different brand and taking the audio quality loss as I can get a nice set of cans for the price of a single HD 800 S cable, absolutely ridiculous.
