The name of the place was slightly off putting as we thought it may be part of a mediocre chain. However on arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of meat on offer. I ordered the Irish steak...I thought I had made the right choice in medium to well done. After the waiter took my order, about 10 mins later the chef appeared. He advised that the meat would be better served medium at a core temperature of 51. I agreed to it and my word, I have never tasted such a beautiful, well cooked and flavourful steak. No blood dripping from the cut steak, just right for me, slightly pink. I was even more delighted with the fact that the restaurant will be moving to central Hannover in September or October. So I can sample the excellent food on offer again. Can't wait!!
