Einen Tag nachdem wir monierten, dass der Ersatzwagen zu klein sei, gab es plötzlich eine wunderheilung und wir konnten den Wagen abholen. Das Problem besteht jedoch weiterhin und es kamen weitere Probleme dazu. Rückrufe erfolgen nach wie vor nicht. Update: nach 3 Rückrufwünschen erfolgte der Rückruf doch. Man erklärte uns, dass alles seine Richtigkeit hätte. Wir werden jetzt eine andere Werkstatt aufsuchen zwecks Zweitmeinung.
