So
I
was
flying
on
16th
of
April
2021
around
10-11am
local
time,
I
have
bought
a
coffee
and
I
was
walking
towards
my
gate
A36
and
had
walked
past
your
hot
dog
kiosk
and
a
lady
working
in
your
kiosk
kept
attacking
everyone
that
was
walking
past
her
and
ordering
them
to
fix
their
mask
even
tho
their
mask
was
fully
on.
So
as
I
walked
past
her
I
sipped
my
coffee
and
put
my
mask
back
on,
and
she
jumped
on
me
with
such
an
ugly
attitude
saying
fix
your
mask
and
so
on,
I
kindly
replied
to
her
I
am
having
my
coffee
and
she
was
so
disgusting
and
rude
that
there
was
no
point
even
getting
on
to
argument
with
her,
I
walked
to
smoking
area,
at
the
same
time
my
wife
and
her
grandma
was
also
walking
past
her
and
coming
towards
smoking
area
with
their
mask
fully
on
their
faces
and
she
also
jumped
on
both
of
them,
please
have
a
word
with
your
staff
because
this
is
a
bad
look
for
your
business.
