Our tour was delayed a few hours and we waited patiently just to be told that 1 of our 11 riders were too short. Our plan was to continue with the tour and we were told that we could not continue with the other riders although we did not book as a group. There was no mention of a height limit although we called multiple times. We recommended that they add the high requirement to their website and they kept saying they can’t tell how tall and “sporty” someone is over the phone. This is true but there would be no need to if the height requirement was advertised as it should be. We wasted two hours for them to decide that they didn’t want to do anymore tours that day which is basically what it came down to. They were ready to go home for the day.

It was really cool, I can only recommended to do it. We had so much fun and the tour was really entertaining.

It is a nice activity to do in Frankfurt. Visiting the city on board and driving this fun karts. I would not say it is a can’t miss in the city but definitively something to try out if you have some time. It is nice for a team / after office activity.

Visiting from Australia on a business trip and my wife wanted to give these a go. I highly recommend this tour as it was such an amazing experience and the level of service from Oliver and his team was above and beyond. Even though our tour was cut short due to rain, we were more than satisfied with our day.

I came back to hot rod to hire an e-bike for a beautiful ride along the Main River. The bike was well prepared and service excellent as I found before. Great friendly service and they speak English which is a huge bonus for me due to my poor German language skills. The hot rods were being prepared for a group ride, it looks like a lot of fun and something I will try in the future.

Group of 7 friends, one hour tour: loved it! Well organised, easy communication, great guide - highly recommend. One hour tour is enough to enjoy this new experience. Two hours would probably even be a nicer experience as you get to do a longer distance, we almost regretted arriving back at the base. Nice sitting area outdoors before and after the ride - with a bar to get a drink.

Additional Review (11 Dec): the business responded, not with an apology, but with racist assumptions and lies. For your information, just because someone is of Asian descent does not mean they are from an Asian country with an Asian drivers license. Second, it was not sleeting, it was cloudy. Third, as a responsible business owner, it is your responsibility to make sure third party sites provide all the rules to your potential customers. Finally, you clearly received my booking so if you weren’t going to have the tour you could have had the courtesy to call to inform that the tour was cancelled. Be responsible for your own actions, learn to be a better person and not a racist, and be a better business owner. Original Review (8 Dec): Purchased a Hotrod tour via GetYourGuide. Arrived at the reserved time and the place was all closed up, no one was around. Tried calling number from website and via reservation with no answer. Was looking forward to the tour. If the tours are not running Hotrod Tour Frankfurt should make sure trips are not available for purchase on their website and other sites. Disappointing, especially since it isn’t easy to get to their location.

What a great time! The ride was amazing and the staff was super helpful. You HAVE to make this a part of your stay in Frankfurt.

Visiting from Australia. Brilliant experience ! Recommend to anyone wanting to see the city in a different and fun way. The Hotrods are easy to drive with just two pedals to break and accelerate. We were able to get up to speeds of 85 km/hr in some areas, which got the adrenalin pumping ! The Tour Guide will tailor the experience to suit those that want to travel at a more relaxed pace.

Very fun and exciting activity. Friendly and nice people! Cheap drinks, too. Definitely worth a visit!

If you call it's just a recording in German which I believe is telling you to email them or leave a voicemail, they also don't respond to emails though. Not entirely sure if they're actually open and doing tours. Website says they are but possibly not updated.
