You book for a boat so ofcourse the facilities aren't luxurious. Although it was a fun experience I wouldn't sleep here again because of the heat and dampness in the cabin.

It’s everything you want from staying on boat. Most importantly: bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and all the people at reception are friendly, speak many languages and go out of their way to help with suggestions and information to make stay in Berlin the most memorable.

Wonderful hostel! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the place is clean and has beautiful little private rooms. The location is amazing, floating on the Spree behind the Berlin Wall and at the border of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, which means you can walk or bike everywhere (you can rent bikes at the hostel for 12 Euros the day). It also has a great outdoor terrace and bar, good to relax and work/read a little. We stayed three nights and couldn't have been happier.

Really fun to stay on a boat! Staff was very friendly and helpful and had activities in the Lounge Bar. Really comfortable beds. My only suggestion is small fan in the rooms for summer. Thanks so much for the great hospitality!

Stayed last weekend. Great experience! The boat is a treasure to stay on, waking up and going on deck to look over the water is an experience not to be missed. The staff are super friendly and very helpful too. Superb location too. Highly recommend.

Great location, super vibes at night. Thats the only downside too, if you want to sleep early bring an earplug.

Book early if you want a bit less noise and a better view. Shared toilets. Overall a fun experience, and great service. Located in a party neighboorhod, so expect some noise from locals chilling by the river outside, especially on weekends. It was cosy though.

Me and partner stayed 1 night, my first time in Berlin. We did a bike ride around the city and then went back to the boat to get ready to go out for dinner. The location was fantastic for this as the surrounding nauyberhoods have lots of good places for food and drink. If you're vegan, you will have no problem in this area finding a good option. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, but it was very fairly priced.

Great experience. Slept in a dorm room with quite small bunkbeds. There are mosquito nets for the windows, which is quite important so close to the river. The dormroom (room 52) was located next to a outside deck where people could sit and talk so night rest was a little hard. Transportation is nearby so easy access to all the beauty of the city of Berlin. Housekeeping could be a little better, but that could have been the cause of the rest of the guests.

Never stayed here but the art on the side of the boat is sick...

Sereneness is all over the place. The boat also hosts Laughing Spree open mic standup comedy shows on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

This hostel is in a perfect location right beside the East Side Gallery and not far from Mitte and the concept of a hostel on a boat is really cool, however, the rooms are really cramped for the price. The comedy nights hosted at their bar are a lot fun, but often their bar isn't open or is booked for a private function where guests of the hostel are not welcome. One night they had a private party and played loud music until 2AM and unfortunately my dorm was right beside the bar. The person at front desk was only able to offer earplugs, which wasn't enough block out the loud music or people yelling beside the dorm's door. I would maybe avoid this place on the weekend unless you're ok with the party hostel vibe and with not being invited to the party. If you plan ahead, there are cheaper hostels in the area.

Great experience. Nice staff. Really clean and they do their best to help you out. Easy transport around town and just a nice experience for a good price. Will come again if in berlin. Also feels ekstra cozy that you are on a boat :)

Fantastic and surprisingly cheap place to stay with great views and fantastic location. Got the water view and enjoyed the hell out of it.

Stayed in July 2023 - 3 nights Pro: - Superb location at the Spree river, very close to the U & S-bahn Warschauer straße - I had booked in May 2023 & stayed in July 2023, so early booking did help to get a room with water side views. Which is very nice! - Ship-top deck terrass - Good security: need to enter a code to get in and keeps the wandering people out. Contra: - If you want quite/silence: this is not the area. On a Wednesday night the opposite venue had very loud open air music until mid-night. - This boat is proper, good clean but do not expect a luxury cruise boat I didn’t so no real comments here - just to manage your expectations

A clean space. With good service. I'd like to pay some euros less next time for the tent. And is super recommend to carry a sleeping bag for the night.

For this standard and good localization I think the price is resonable. The aesthetic is minimal but it's clean and warm. All the formalities were smooth and easy.

Amazing place to stay in Berlin, right in the heart of the east side where everything such as shops/bars/clubs etc are walking distance. The view from the boat was incredible, and it was always busy in the lounge which was nice. The staff were so welcoming/friendly/helpful. Especially the manager Carole, during our trip we were unfairly fined and taken advantage of by ticket conductors in Berlin and Carole took the time out and filled a complaint form in for us in German and sent it away! She couldn’t have been more lovely. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious and perfect for what we came for. When I come back to Berlin I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect. Quite alternative, hostel on river. Room with beds and one chair. Nothing else. No luxury at all. But what else do you need? Clean showers and toilets. Wifi on board. Nice view, some waves and sound of the river. I recommend. Ideal for backpackers.

I personally stayed in one of the roof tents which is just perfect for the sun of the summer, as well as really cheap. Harder to socialise but pleasant stay and great location for nightlife especially. Rating might not be the same for the actual rooms though.

This hotel is amazing. The location is fantastic. The staff is ultra nice and international. The boat never moves or anything so you won't get sick at all. The rooms are clean. I had an overall great experience.

My warped "matress" was literally the back part of 40+ years old sofa (it even had buttons poking my back) which didn't fit the bed frame, so my legs were 10cm higher than my head. If you want to get some sleep, definitely don't stay during the weekend (at least not on the beach side of the boat) as there are hundreds of people drinking within 50m of the boat. There's no way all those 5 star reviews are legit.

Pretty nice hostel and atypical. Good localisation and worker people are friendly. There is also a lounge bar on the same boat.

I think my high rating explains a lot. It is great located to the pretty much everything. Walking distance away to the station, a mall with plenty shops. Cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Laying across on the other side of the Spree river is a restaurant. They had live music playing which I enjoyed. Even tho we do have November I had the windows open at night just to enjoy the surroundings. The staff is very kind, the room was clean. I loved it and I would defn come back.

Wonderfull charming old ferry repurposed as a hostel. It is not a 5 star hotel - but if you like charm it is better. A lot of effort has been made to minimize the environmental footprint. And the staff is the best Berlin can offer! Polite, respectfull, personal and kind! The morning receptionist, the afternoon receptionist and the nightguard all made me feel welcome with a friendly smile! For quiet nights on the river Spree in the middle of party Berlin I can definitely give my warmest recommendations.

Very quirky and cool hotel/hostel in a perfect location for visiting Berlin. Really nice staff, great value and amazing views of some Berlin landmarks.

An excellent budget place to stay for a few days. Rooms are ergonomic, customer service is friendly but sometimes it gets a little bit excited (thus the 4 stars), rooms are clean with hot water, liquid soap, shower curtain, towels, blankets and a big perfect adjustable pillow! You'll enjoy your stay.
