Really nice services! I bought a pair of sunglasses and was thinking to return it because the frame has some small problem. I took the glasses to the shop and Agatha was super helpful and patient, she fixed the problem perfectly! Really appreciate her effort and service!

Worst of the shops. We’ve been there on 21st January, arranged an appointment for 22nd, gave all personal data and.. once we appear in this shop on defined appointment time.. they told us .. there is no record in the system; You have no appointment arranged; we have to take care about other customers waiting; we can not make exception for you. Absolutely not customer oriented. Better Find another shop!

Nice place, modern and clean and nice staff team even the customers service as helpful BUT!!!!! unfortunately somehow until today I didn’t receive my Brille 👓 the one I ordered and paid at the store 11 days ago and as I called today to check if is everything is going alright and I got surprised once i knew that my order has not been processed yet because of internal miscommunication as it seems to be and I was informed at the beginning that all in all the process should take 6 to 14 days so can you imagine we are on the 11 since I purchased 🙃 and still there is no order was made from Misterpex.. so today the customer service she was nice as she tried to help and sent again to complete the order which I ordered 11 days ago and Now I have to WAIT AGAIN 6 TO 14 DAY TO GET THE SAME ORDER 😎 TAHT MEANS ALL IN ALL SINCE THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE EXPECTED TIME will be 25 😅 the tricky thing I went there because I heard that Mister pex is punctual😅.

Was on vacation and lost a screw from my glasses. The staff at Mr. Spex at their Mall of Berlin location were exceptionally helpful in replacing the lost screw. They would not take payment for their services and wished me a pleasant vacation. This is German hospitality at its finest.

The service is so terrible. I have booked an appointment online and were there like 2mins late. There’s already one customer in the store so the staff asked me to wait outside of the store, while two other staff sitting in the store playing with their phones. After 10 min waiting, the same staff came out and said, you arrived late, you should be here 10 min ago. I don’t understand how the booking system works and the logic of the staff. Apparently it took more time for the last customer to finish her purchase, as a result, I as a customer got criticized by the staff. Fine.

While their staff is friendly, their service and specially, the quality of the lenses, is terrible. I bought frames there, and spent on a more expensive version with suppose scratch-resistant lenses and 1 year later they are terribly scratch, to the point that now I have to change them again, despite the fact I have the same prescription. Also their UV filter looks super blue because it is terrible quality so when you are talking to someone it reflects blue and if you are on a we call they don't see your eyes. I asked them for a solution and they said after 30 days there is nothing they can do. They don't stand behind their product. Go to a smaller, not chain Optic, you will get better service, better selection of frames for the same prices. Don't support this chains that don't care for anything else but profit.

The service in the shop was quite good and friendly but the delivery s*cks, it takes few weeks to deliver the orders. Unfortunately I didn’t know it before. My furst and last time and hopping my glasses arrive in a close future
