Ive been to several star bucks in my area. This is by far the worst one I've been too. Every time I go here the drinks have absolutely no flavor when comparing it to the other locations. I ordered the white hot chocolate with whipped creme and coconut milk. I ordered the same thing from other locations before, no where near as good. Not only this order but in general whenever I get stuff from this location it just doesn't taste good, its bland. The drink tasted like luke warm milk with sugar. Terrible. The temperature of the drink was also horrible. The only positive thing from here was the service. They were absolutely fantastic to talk to. They took my order quickly and they were very kind. That's what earned them the two stars. Service outstanding, facility clean, drinks terrible.

I will start by saying I usually have no issues with this location; however, after today, I won’t be back. When I got there, it wasn’t a line ( which was excellent); I was the only customer. The gentleman who took my order was nice; I ordered a grande hot coffee with two creams and three shots of classic with pumpkin spice and hazelnut. The gentleman got started on my order. Now, I usually don’t care when people talk to their coworkers because it’s not a big issue, but he seemed distracted by the conversation; after 3 minutes, he handed me my coffee. I didn’t even taste it until I got in my car, and once I tasted it, it was just straight black coffee with maybe one sugar and cream with zero flavor. It tasted so awful I had to go home and doctor my coffee cup. I would have given them a pass if they were busy, but I was their only customer.

Always good service and always open, very courteous baristas and the coffee is great!

I went in there at 8:15 and clearly online says open until 9 o’clock and clearly they turned the lights off on purpose to make it look like they’re closed there was three people in there standing around talking goofing off. I shouldn’t have to question whether you’re open or not because you’re standing around talking not acknowledging a customer, so i mention online says 9 o’clock and nobody even made eye contact with me they just let me stand there dumbfounded thanks great customer service Will not be going back there anymore. Probably hire people who actually want to work in no customer service

Pretty disappointed with my service today. When I walked in there were only two orders ahead of me and no one behind me. There were 5 people working in the store- and once I placed my order it took 12 minutes for me to get 3 iced drinks that didn’t require a blender or the espresso machine. The drive through was consistent but there was a girl taking orders and payments and only one person making all the drinks. Not sure what the other 3 were doing- one seemed to be stocking but the others could have helped to get me out the door faster. Guess I will just stick to the drive through from now on so that I get quick service…

They did great, very welcoming and they made my drinks perfectly! Sonora did great making all my drinks and they were so yummy 😋 Thank you for your hard work

I give up trying to give this location a chance, every time the employees are rude, the coffee seems to get worse and there’s absolutely no care in the drinks. In a corporate setting where there is a standard to uphold, id expect at least something a little decent.

when my sister and i first arrived, there was no wait in line. we was ready to order when the workers started talking to a women that they recognized. she came up to them and started to talk to them. at this point, there was a line starting to form. finally, the lady left and we placed my order. we had ordered a grande vanilla bean Frappuccino with a MOCHA drizzle, a grande strawberry açaí lemonade, and a tall hot mocha for our mom who had arrived later. when we was waiting for our order, the worker making the Frappuccino asked if the caramel drizzle was supposed to be incorporated in the drink or around the cup. my mom had corrected her and said it was supposed to be a mocha drizzle not caramel. then the worker who had taken my order said then it is someone else’s order. when the drink was done, the worker who made the drink gave me the drink with the caramel drizzle. my mom then corrected her again saying it was supposed to be a mocha drizzle. the worker who had taken the order then told us that i ordered caramel and not mocha and asked if i wanted the drizzle around the cup or in the drink. she said this with a very strong attitude. my mom corrected her once more saying that i ordered it with a mocha not caramel drizzle. plus for additional information, my sister always order the frappuccino with a mocha drizzle. a worker remade the drink and told me that i could take the caramel drink. we left the drink there and left the starbucks. this situation could have been handled differently if the worker did not have an attitude.
