    Just another McDonald's. Mediocre food. Service has been quick and order always correct. ( I have been there in the mornings and inside) Hot food. Good service.. I gotta say though, employees don't seem happy to be there. Weren't rude or anything, just seemed down)

    Honestly this McDonald’s deserves a higher review. The customer service here is always on point! Employees always have amazing attitudes. Also even when the drive thru line is long is moves very fast. (Edit: they messed up my order and didn’t put any straws for my drinks in my bag so gotta knock it down from 5 stars to 4).

    I used this mobile app and order 2 double cheeseburgers a large strawberry shake and a medium fry. I got 2 cheeseburgers. I called and the manager told me to come back. I'm not going come back. I'm never going back to that POS location again. Employees there are lazy and very unprofessional. I'm not going waste my time going to this trashy McDonald's

    This is a cup of breakfast sauce. Note, this is not in a plastic cup like some McDonald's in the south. That's this location. When I got home and started to eat and saw this(with breakfast sauce everywhere), I was very peeved. I've worked at McDonald's 250 miles south. We put them in plastic cups for a reason. The aftermath of this absolutely gross.

    Ordered the 2 cheeseburger and fries with a sweet tea. The fries were WAY too salty (I only got pictures of the fries. You can see the salt on them and the sweet tea was SO sweet it was almost clear!!! And the cheeseburger was not hot at all. I ended up throwing everything away... ugh what happened to quality control?

    I ordered from the kiosk and then paid with cash.. Had to wait quite awhile for our order but we had our drinks, so the wait wasn't horrible. The food was okay, the fries would have been hotter and they tasted like they weren't salted at all. My daughter had no complaints about her happy meal minus the apples being a bit soggy. My McChicken was actually very good. It was hot, the extra pickle I placed on it actually looked like they had put the extra on it.

    I went for pumpkin pies, they didn't have any pies of any kind. Ordered a #4 basic sausage egg biscuit. Received something else that had cheese smeared all over the wrapper. I can't believe I ever go back there.

    There was no one to greet me at the first window. After waiting long enough to be first in line I moved to the second window without paying for my order. At the second window I was met with confusion. Without surprise. The senior employee was very rude. I paid for my order and then received my order in a timely manner.

    I've had several problems with this location on several orders. I went there today to get a big breakfast with hotcakes and when I was there a woman had problems with hash browns with their order and I wasn't really paying attention so I got my order and I drove home. I realized when I got home that I didn't have any hash browns. This is just one example of how my orders been messed up give it something be missing something being prepped wrong something cold fries nasty or whatever. I would double check your orders every single time you go to this location if you expect to get what you pay for.

    Just took my grandson for a little dinner out. The fish sandwich was dry, & overcooked to the point of being crunchy inside the coating. I tried to eat it and thought "why am I eating bad food ?" So I took it up & showed it to the guy who waited on me, asking for a fresher one. He said he couldn't because it was partly eaten. I explained again that I'd tried, but shouldn't have to finish it. He again refused. =UGH= POOR reputation can be avoided by just doing right by your customers. Lots of other fast food in Niles.
