i don’t usually have an issue w this place but the passed couple times i’ve been there they’ve gotten my order wrong even tho the receipt was correct & i just went thru yesterday & tell me why my mac & cheese that i pay $6 for was half full? was not happy with my order & my chicken was rubbery & disgusting. i would’ve had better luck going to Mcdonald’s & i would’ve spent less too!

Very nice variety of sandwiches, soups , bagels , and very efficient service! They have a drive thru for your convenience! The service is amazing!

Late lunch on a Monday. Decided on Panera as a change from typical fast food.plenty of parking. Short line at order station but 7-10 people waiting for food.simple menu with a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and specialty drinks. Placing the order was easy. It took 20 min for the food to show up. The soup and sandwich was a nice change from burgers. But The sandwich toppings were evenly spread over the bread but the meat was a big roll in the middle so it was an uneven taste experience. And somehow two $6.50 soup and sandwiches ended up costing $35. So while it wS a change, it came at a cost.

The menu options at this Panera Bread location are plenty, the French onion soup that I had was very tasty, and the lemonade mint drink was also very tasty! As for the staff, they are very nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back, especially for the French onion soup and drinks!

Paid 41 dollars for soup, pizza, 2 Smoothies and mac and cheese. I let them know i wanted bread with my soup. They didn't give me any. Waited 7 more minutes by the window to ask for bread. They lied and said they didn't have any. I saw them bag it up. I asked to speak to the manager and they brought me bread. Girl at the window was rude. Not a pleasant experience 😕

Seems to be understaffed. Food is always delicious but it takes quite a bit of time at drive thru. Employees are friendly but look and act extremely exhausted. Management needs to look into this matter immediately

Prices will always be my issue with Panera, but it has a great working atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Their food is tasty, however when I can go to a sit-down restaurant, be served, and leave a tip for less than the cost of a pick2 and a drink at Panera there is a problem.

Spent an exorbitant amount of time waiting in the drive thru line for pre-made soup, salad, and bread that cost more than I make a hour as a college educated person. Got home to find that the bread we ordered was apparently an undiscoverable resource in a store that pretty heavily advertises that bread is in fact available for sale. The cherry on top of the experience was breaking the news to my sick friend that the restaurant forgot the only food she was finding palatable. One star. Not palatable.
