    It took way too long for our food to arrive.. The staff couldn't care less.. The food was okay for the money. The overall experience was mediocre..

    Very cute German style setting. It was an old strain station that is renovated and made it as restaurant. Nice corn field views and breeze comes in, it was just beautiful setting. The kitchen only opens at 12:00 and will take about 45 mins. We left before the kitchen opened, pity! But I'd love to come back for food!!! The service is good, friendly and nice.

    Outdoor dining offers tables for large groups as well as small and faces an open field beyond a well-cultivated garden, creating a lovely setting for an incredible meal. Each meal included generous portions of mixed salad - the fresh potato salad is amazing, and there are a large variety of vegetables, lettuces, and fruits in the house salad. Though I usually stick to lean proteins, I recommend at least a taste of the curry sausage- see if you can stop at one bite!

    Beautiful location with friendly staff. Exciting food as well as traditional choices. We made a lunch break while traveling on the 7. Absolute worth the detour.

    Wir waren heut zum ersten Mal in der Waldklause und es war Top! Eine sehr nette und freundliche Chefin servierte mir ein hervorragend gebratenes Steak mit leckeren Beilagen...die Bratkartoffeln waren super ... "so wie man (ich) sie noch von früher kennt"...sehr sehr lecker mit Zwiebeln und Speck! Wir kommen sicher und gerne wieder!

    Das Essen war zu meiner Überraschung richtig gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Entspannt sitzen und lecker Bierchen/Wein schnell von der Bedienung serviert, was will man mehr. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und urig. Ich habe den Abend in der Waldklause mit dörflichen Jägercharme sehr genossen.
