To
preface:
I
don't
like
writing
negative
reviews,
but
having
exhausted
other
avenues
to
reach
the
powers
that
be
it
seems
this
is
the
only
alternative
left.
Firstly,
have
more
than
one
member
of
staff,
especially
during
peak
times.
To
have
to
wait
5/10
minutes
for
towels
(which
is
a
'premium
service')
each
time
you
come
isn't
on.
Especially
if
it
means
the
one
staff
member
has
to
interrupt
their
coaching
session
with
a
client.
Bad
business
management.
Secondly,
I
could
write
a
whole
essay
on
the
number
of
times
I've
complained
about
being
verbally
sexuallised
by
other
members
in
the
spa
area.
One
time,
someone
even
took
a
video
on
their
phone
of
me
walking
naked
in
the
sauna
area.
When
I
complained
to
a
staff
member,
their
response,'Can
I
get
a
copy?'
Fortunately,
I
have
witnesses.
Unfortunately,
the
member
who
committed
the
crime
is
still
a
regular
in
the
relaxation
area
with
his
phone
held
high.
I
have
other
complaints,
but
I'm
currently
mid-workout
and
feel
that
this
is
already
enough
to
go
on.
I
haven't
lowered
the
number
of
stars
because
the
staff
are
lovely,
and
its
not
their
fault
that
the
higher
ups
care
more
about
profit
than
actually
providing
the
services
promised
when
signing
up.
