St. George is still on the decline. There are recessions here that are several months old and the problems described are still relevant. You can leave comments that this is being taken care of. Get started! There is still a lack of cleanliness in the changing rooms and showers. In addition, there is a smell of sewage in the showers. The studio manager can never be found during peak hours. On the upper floor there are two weirdos on the stairs. One of them has been broken for over 6 months. You can really see the layer of dust settling there. The recent change directly affects Frankfurt. The opening times of the wellness area have been shortened again. However, the members are not informed about this, but rather loudly ask them to leave the wellness area. Two A4 pieces of paper for one door each. They can't manage to communicate so easily. On the one hand, membership is becoming more and more expensive. The latest trick is payments every 14 days instead of monthly contributions. The trick is already old and gets 1x more contribution out of the members' pockets. Calculate how many weeks instead of months the whole thing means. On the other hand, the service does not improve. After 4 years, it's slowly time for me to find an alternative.

Amazing gym facilities and amazing staff! I visited Hamburg for a week and wanted to keep my morning routine. Every morning I was greeted by the same lovely lady at the gym who was beyond helpful - she was amazing! (Sorry, I've forgotten her name 😞, but she was short, dark hair, always there at 7am). It wasn't too busy at any of the times I visited and you can buy day passes, so I highly recommend this to any visitors of the amazing city of Hamburg!

So disappointed with the gym, it's not what I knew as FF, the classes at rush hour are poor and the cardio area is overloaded. the cleanliness of the place is doubtful. Worst part the quality of the air if you are in the running machines you will be suffocated by the lack of oxygen, no vent or windows. Really poor, not worthy, not at all.

I have an offer from my work which allows me access to many gyms all over the country. I have compared and I believe there is no other gym like it. It is by far the best with kind staff good machines and nice people.

Absolutely not recommended. Staff is extremely rude and prefers to have conversations with other employees rather than greet or say goodbye to guests. At the main train station in Hamburg, the night guard is not willing to communicate at all. After my card no longer works for technical reasons, I was asked to pick up a new card at the next opportunity at the Hamburg Altona location. Since I couldn't do this for work reasons, I was at the location at the main train station at 11 p.m. today with my defective card to train, as this location is the only way you can train at night. I now describe my situation to the night guard, but was sent outside without discussion. I spent over an hour driving time to train in peace and then such disrespectful behavior. As a reliable paying customer who spends over 70 euros a month, I would have expected more polite treatment.

To be honest there are better gyms, with better spaces. Although, all the staff are the ones who played a key part for me to give the 5 stars. For example, the Trainer Roman was very welcoming and made me feel at home. He showed me the machines around the gym many times when requested, they are always willing to help and solicitous.

Massive gym with heaps of equipment in middle of Hamburg. Trainer Roman was also a highlight 😂😂. Shower and sauna facilities were amazing. Day pass €19 and week pass €50 so kinda expensive but probably work it still for the sauna and change facilities

Very nice upscale place, with new equipment. Not the best brand/model I’ve seen, but better than most other places with rundown machines. I know Hamburg is expensive in general, but I paid €100 for a little over three weeks (hence the four star rating). Compare this to Paris, for one, where I paid €37 per month. The guest pass that you receive doesn’t open the door, so you have to flag down an employee every single time you arrive and leave. Nice locker room facilities with built-in locks for free. A trend I really dislike, which is present all over Europe, and the United States, is playing of loud music over the gym speaker system. Can we please stop this trend?! Anyone who wants to listen to music or podcast brings their own source and headphones, and they have to fight the volume of the PA system to hear their own audio. I will say that the audio level here is not troublesome.

I really enjoy training at Fitness First. Coach Roman greets me every morning with a smile and he is very personable. The whole team is just great!

Awesome gym. I'm really impressed. Large space, a lot of different equipment, very clean and organized, and great staff (very friendly and helpful).

If this was before already a great fitness club, now it's even better. The club has undergone some renovations recently and it just looks fantastic. Very spacious, totally clean, plenty of training areas and the most modern equipment you could wish for. Same about changing rooms and wellness area, all very clean and spacious, and just a great feel to it all. To top it all up, the trainers and receptionists are knowledgeable and very friendly. This is totally my go to club when I'm in Hamburg.

Chic and cozy shop. The staff is super friendly and trainer Roman is particularly positive. A great shop. By the way, I found everything to be very clean.

The staff was tremendously helpful! I’m traveling and they help me with orientation and membership to help me use their facilities across the country. The facilities are perfect for all your fitness needs and I will definitely come back to this gym whenever I’m in Germany.

This gym was top notch! We were a little confused about the entry point but that was because it was our first time. This gym alone would want me to move to Hamburg. The staff were lovely and helpful. I’m he equipment was high tech and there was a dedicated area for stretching. Top spec gym and so friendly.

I have been to the studio in St. Georg several times now and have always received a very friendly welcome from the trainers. Today I had my EGym orientation appointment with Roman, who took great care of me. He was by my side the entire time with advice. I'm already looking forward to the next appointment. I've been coming to Fitness First for some time now and I think the opening times and the opportunity to train in different cities are great!

My home club is in Göttingen and I visited Fitness First St. Georg because I was visiting a friend in Hamburg. The location is amazing and the equipments very well maintained, but the cherry on top was Holger who made me feel so welcome and showed me around the gym when he found out that I am here for the first time! The gym deserves more than 5 stars and I would definitely visit it again when I'm in Hamburg!

Very good training center, open 24/24, well equipped and always clean. Several classes to go to, ranging from biking to boxing, nice trainers. It's usually not too full which is great, training there is agreeable.

Gym open 24h is the biggest lie of this gym, I signed up for the OPEN GYM, 23. September - 30.September 2022 and everything was clear on the confirmation email I received, yet when I came the guy in the gym said that it’s not open after 20:00!! That was a waste of my time and energy to come for nothing! And it’s good that it was just a trial and I didn’t put my money in it!! Try to make clear terms for new members, so you won’t loose customers on the way you’re trying to gain them!!!

This studio has basically most of the things to provide a good gym session. I like how there are many cable towers, and 3-4 gym racks. One of the things i like most in this gym is that it has a machine to do calve raises as other fitness first gyms unfortunately dont have that machine. Sauna area is also great.

The gym is fully equipped. Trainers are helpful, specially Trainer Roman he is a very friendly motivated trainer.

To preface: I don't like writing negative reviews, but having exhausted other avenues to reach the powers that be it seems this is the only alternative left. Firstly, have more than one member of staff, especially during peak times. To have to wait 5/10 minutes for towels (which is a 'premium service') each time you come isn't on. Especially if it means the one staff member has to interrupt their coaching session with a client. Bad business management. Secondly, I could write a whole essay on the number of times I've complained about being verbally sexuallised by other members in the spa area. One time, someone even took a video on their phone of me walking naked in the sauna area. When I complained to a staff member, their response,'Can I get a copy?' Fortunately, I have witnesses. Unfortunately, the member who committed the crime is still a regular in the relaxation area with his phone held high. I have other complaints, but I'm currently mid-workout and feel that this is already enough to go on. I haven't lowered the number of stars because the staff are lovely, and its not their fault that the higher ups care more about profit than actually providing the services promised when signing up.

The staff Traver and Robyn were very friendly and the studio was well equipped. Its 24/7 opened and everything was clean. Music was good too. Ceiling is a bit low, but all in all good experience. Would come back with my silly.

Fitness first is an amazing fitness Center in Hamborg. Located in the Center of the city with nice facilities and good machines. Beautiful and clean Center with friendly staff. Will recommend to everyone!

Nice studio with everything you need for training. Lots of equipment, free weight area, TRX etc. Everything very clean and tidy. The trainers (Roman!) are also very nice and helpful.
