We stayed here during this year's press tour with the German board of tourism through the region of the Eiffel. The Krewelhof was picked as one location to represent the wonderful sights of Germany as a tourist location and convinced us fully. The owners Mr. And Mrs. Bieger themselves hosted us and gave us a great first impression of the region and it's hospitality. The lunch was excellent and we enjoyed self grown asparagus and strawberries, of course. Both extremely delicious. Also the strawberry and pumpkin flavoured champaigne were a huge surprise. I usually hate sweet seccos, but these two - wow! So delicious. (Although I liked the strawberry best 😊) In addition, the shop just blew our minds. From homemade pumpkin soup to rosemary sirup - you name it - they have it all. Could have bought half of the shop. Tiny detail, the men's room had a huge surprise, a barn style look with a urinal combined with a sink to wash your hands and safe water and the environment. How great is that! We just fell in love with it and the family. The restaurant is wonderful and had a lovely atmosphere, space for events like marriages, a great corner to entertain your children... Family Bieger just thought of every detail and put so much love into everything. 👍🏻 Two thumbs up. Easy to reach by car and located at the gate to the Eifel, a great starting point for your vacation or to come back at any time. Thank you so much again!!! #visitgermany #showmearounddresden #germanytravel #letsdothis

Loved the "barn" feel. Was open on a Sunday, so that was fun. A quick trip out near Bonn and Eifel.

Worthy pumpkin patch close to the foothills of the Eifel. Fun corn maize too! Seemingly slightly smaller display this year in 2023 but still worth it if you are into pumpkin and Halloween! Disregard the complaints about the price of this, its a known German quirk to always complain about high prices :) This takes a lot of pumpkins and manual labor to create and 6.90 EUR per person is a lot cheaper than the movie theater.

Death trap for kids , mean and unrespectful manager for a whole lot of money . I used to come and enjoy my time there but the experience we had on Monday was so horrific that I won't put a foot back there . Our children were in a bouncing platform that flew away with kids and two adults on top of it . The platform wasn't secure at all. After calming the traumatized children ( one child was bleeding from his mouth), we went and explained what had happened and we were answer very lightly that it already happened earlier in the day and that the manager knows about it. We still don't understand why this attraction wasnt close off or taken away . We ask to see the manager and she didn't seem to care or have compassion about our situation. We got our money back for the 15 mn we spend there . But while our children were on the restaurant playground , we got sarcastic mean comment from the manager suggesting that their whole establishment might be dangerous for children , and we better go .

Very nice place for a day out with family. Entrance should be free with money earned with the produce or the restaurant but it's rather a minor thing. Salmon, home made fries, pumpkin wedges were fresh and tasty. Payment by credit card no problem

We went to see all the pumpkins and we’re not disappointed! Very fun sculptures and hay piles for kids to play on! Delicious food and Glühwein! We a bought pumpkins to carve and a bag of apples that were so good! We will be back next year for pumpkins and plan on going during a different season as well.

Nice place for a walk especially around Halloween day. There is also a good shop with products from their Hof such as milk and apple beverages.

What a great spot. Never seen anything like this before and my son and I absolutely loved our afternoon there. The farm shop is great and the selection of pumpkins available to buy is the biggest I've seen anywhere!

April 2023 We have been there 3 days ago. Delicious food: currently asparagus & schnitzel is on offer... very friendly service staff and good food. Compliments to the chef and the kitchen staff.... A nice and cozy restaurant interior welcomes you. The range of cakes is varied and we would love to come back. the same applies to the Krewelshof in Lohmar. Both locations are very nice and recommendable. 😊

Very nice place to spent a perfect day outing. This pumpkin 🎃 festival starts in Sep end and goes till October. You van park easily as enough free parking places available. Though there is an entry ticket which is worthwhile and you can make payment by card or cash. Superb and funny pumpkin architectures and statues. Maize labyrinth is fun with kids. Very nice and exotic farmers market alongwith home decors and Christmas goodies. In house canteen with lots of cold and warm menu options with big spread of pumpkin receips. We tried coffee, kurbisschorle, pumpkin soup, fries, fresh apple Juices and couple of cakes including pumpkin one too. Really a photogenic place and fulfilled daytrip venue.

Wonderful Bio products, lovely restaurant, and a whole little experience built up here for people living in the region. The pumpkin field is nice, can buy a lot of fresh seasonal products straight from the farm. Can recommend full heartedly.
