It was a wonderful day, the animals are treated with incredible care and are all so cuddly. You can really tell here how much the owners care about the alpacas, and that's how they behave. Everyone was really nice and balanced, I'd love to come back!

A great alpaca hike with Olaf and Gudrun. All animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and feel comfortable. We walked for a relaxing two hours and it was a lovely experience for us.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit mit den Alpaka. Die Einführung. Die Wanderung und das ganze drum herum...ein gelungenes Event

Mehrfach angerufen und E-mails geschickt, um einen Gutschein einzulösen. Leider hatte der Besitzer es nicht für möglich gehalten einm zurück zu rufen oder eine E-mail zu schreiben. Finde ich nicht sehr nett, ich habe über mehrere Monate versucht Kontakt herzustellen, am Ende ist der Gutschein leider abgelaufen. Null Einsicht und keine Rückmeldung. Wir haben Corona, es ist verständlich wenn man mal nicht kann, ich versuche allerdings seit März einen Termin zu machen und ende vom Lied ist im November ist mein Gutschein abgelaufen. 1 Stern ist für eine Rückmeldung die nicht kam viel zu viel. Es wird keine Bearbeitung hier von geben. Der Gutschein war ein Gewinn für eine Tombola mit einem guten Zweck, das hat auch geklappt. Das ist das einzig gute daran. Ich bin nicht der einzige der angerufen hatte, mit der Nummer vom Gutschein. Also kann diese nicht falsch gewesen sein, man war einfach zu faul oder zu beschäftigt kann ja sein, Hatte auch Mails geschickt null Antwort und null Einsicht. Ist eben schade. Die Alpakas und der gute Zweck können hierfür nichts, ändern werde ich meine Bewerbung nicht, da null entgegen kommen ist. Ich kann die Mails die ich verschickt habe gerne veröffentlichen und die Nummer + den Gutschein. Nach einem Jahr kommt die erste Rückmeldung

Had a great tour with Olaf & Gudrun today. You can tell straight away that they both put a lot of passion into it. The farm is really idyllic and, in addition to the alpacas, there are also sheep and chickens. We would love to come back! :)

Schönes großes Gehege viele verschiedene Tiere, nettes kompetentes Personal das einem alles ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.

It was a great afternoon...very interesting and we learned a lot about the animals. Everyone led their own alpaca, which they were allowed to choose themselves. We were able to pet them, do a photo shoot ;) and also learn a lot about the rare sheep. It's so peaceful there and it's nice that the animals are allowed to live there completely naturally and with lots of space and love. Always my pleasure.
