If you want to sleep in your grandmother's couch, this is the place for you. Everything, including the wiring is old. The rooms have a key which locks on one side. Not totally safe if you're travelling solo. The bed was the comfiest part of my stay everything else was a little dated.

I enjoyed the stay indeed. The hotel had excellent location to cathedral dom and the shopping street and river Rhein, also the staff are very friendly, receptionists are available 24 hours and very welcoming. Room is very clean and cozy. I will come back again. Highly recommend 🇸🇦🇸🇦

Breakfast is really simple, just little things and too expensive. Bedroom extremelly small and you can hear everything from the corridor.

Location 5*;Cleanness 5*;Room 2* - very narrow, bathroom with no door. Accoustic isolation 1* - you can hear the music from the pub next door untill they close.

Very comfortable to staying here, the workers here take good care of us, they help to answer our questions. Location is good next to Koln train station and next to the river we can take a walk for rest. Very satisfied choosing this.

Unglaublich! This IS the place to stay in the city! Loved the bed, wonderful shower, friendly helpful staff. There are USB ports next to the beds for easy tech charging.😉 No need for a key because someone is at the front desk 24 hours/7 days. Will highly recommend.

Perfect location - about 5 minutes walk to Central Station. Close to cathedral and the Rhine. Staff very friendly and made us feel welcome. Good range of foods for breakfast. Would have liked tea making facilities in the room but not a major problem - having a mini bar was good as we could buy water and keep it cool. Room a little hot but there was a fan provided. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who was planning a visit to Cologne.

The parking as advertised was full so we had to pay more in the public parking, but our room was a good size with a sofa and modern bathroom. The bed was very comfy. It was clean and being on the first floor was good because there is only 1 small elevator and we didn't need to use it. Breakfast was OK but you can also go to a cafe or bakery just as well.

Very short: this hotel is in any case not a 4 stars hotel, don't get high expectations. 2,5 -3 stars is a max. I had a single room. It was small room with old furniture. It was hot in the room and I had an old ventilator that was making noise like it's was going to break at any minute. The hotel is on top of the bar so on Saturday while I was trying to sleep my bed was dancing in the rythme of the music. On the positive note, the staff is very friendly and the location is very central.

Very nice hotel, located just a few blocks from the Cologne Cathedral. Out the window from our room, we could just barely see the steeples of the Cathedral! The staff was very courteous and professional, and we had no problems (though housekeeping came a bit earlier than we expected, before 9 AM). The bed was quite firm (not necessarily a bad thing, but be aware).

Although the hotel has no curb appeal, our room was pleasantly renovated. The manager on duty kindly helped us to get a working fridge into our room, and they are all very helpful generally. This is primarily why I am giving them five stars. The location is also convenient, so all in all, it is good valuem

Interesting small hotel based right in the old town of Cologne city centre. Three minutes walk from the Dom and just around the corner from the restaurants facing the Rhine. This hotel has "character"; none of the rooms seem the same; some have fans, some fridges, others not. Rooms opening onto the read courtyard are probably quietest. The breakfast is great and the price very reasonable for the facilities. The Wi-Fi is strong, at least wherever I went. The reception staff are very helpful. We will probably stay here again.

Great staff (very friendly), good and spaced room with a great bathroom. Services also good. Only point of attention, no AC (in my specific room). Very well located (5min from the train station and 2min from restaurants)

Excellent hotel. Nice spacious room (#105). Comfy bed. Clean and perfect bathroom. Breakfast option. Conveniently located in the city center. The famous Köln Cathedral is a less then 10 min walk. Public parking garage in the same street as the hotel.
