My dentist in Cologne for 20 years. Never had any problems, always satisfied. Friendly, professional advice, always direct and open, even when it comes to costs... I can only recommend it.

I've been going to this dentist for a long time and I'm in good hands there. This time, for the second time, I found the teeth cleaning to be inadequate. The colleague didn't explain anything and was through after just under 20 minutes. I think 70€ is really steep for that. My grandfather was a dentist and good prophylaxis should take at least 30 minutes. My teeth didn't have that nice, smooth surface everywhere afterwards. A bit disappointing!

Appointment at short notice, friendly reception (the entire team is super nice) and a really good doctor (was with Junior). Short waiting time and top treatment. It wasn't a problem at all that I was having parallel treatment abroad! I feel very comfortable here, well received and competently advised. I will always go there in the future.

I have been a patient in this practice for years and have also had more complicated procedures such as implants. Particularly noteworthy is the always friendly and very competent practice staff. The waiting times are always manageable and, even in an emergency, I have always received dental help very quickly. It goes without saying that, for any problem, all treatment options are first explored and explained in detail and then, above all, the most gentle option is chosen. Very sympathic! Best dentist practice in town, you really feel safe and in good hands here. The dental assistants always find a solution to help, even in the most stressful situations. Today, on December 28th, 2021, between the holidays, I called in the morning with a severe toothache and was given an appointment the same day so that I could get help! Top! But what I particularly like is that Dr. Bauer and his son take you on board during every treatment and explain every single step in detail. Unfortunately, something like this is no longer a given these days. Thank you!

Like every visit to this practice, it goes simply brilliantly. I never wait long, at most 15 minutes, before coming in for a dental cleaning or because of a complaint. And then the doctors are so nice and so helpful, explain everything in detail and work very precisely that I complete the journey of almost 30km. I can only recommend this practice, and the staff at the registration desk are always happy to help. Simply great!!!
