Previously,
I
visited
the
bakery
at
Central
Station,
near
the
Cathedral
and
on
Ostheim.
I
always
order
a
large
glass.
Today
I
bought
coffee
from
this
bakery.
The
customer
in
front
of
me
also
bought
a
large
Latte
and
received
a
full
glass,
when
it
was
my
turn
I
received
2
glasses
of
coffee
not
completely
filled,
although
I
paid
for
Large
glasses
of
coffee.
I
asked
why
my
glass
was
not
filled,
the
saleswoman
simply
ignored
my
question
and
served
other
customers.
The
work
with
me
was
not
yet
finished,
but
she
ignored
it
and
served
others.
I
would
be
understanding
if
there
was
only
one
seller
in
the
cafe,
but
there
were
3
staff
inside!
They
simply
ignored
me.
I
don't
speak
German,
but
I
used
a
translator
to
explain
the
problem.
In
response
to
my
remark
that
I
did
not
receive
a
full
glass,
the
saleswoman
began
to
speak
rudely
loudly
and
I
only
understood
the
rude
tone
and
the
fact
that
it
was
the
machine
that
made
the
coffee,
not
her.
But
why
is
the
glass
always
full
in
all
other
cafes
of
this
chain???
Why
is
this
cafe
doing
so
poorly?
They're
an
embarrassment
to
the
Camps
bakery
chain!
I
called
support!
I
think
they
are
taking
advantage
of
the
fact
that
I
am
a
new
person
here
and
don’t
know
German
and
pour
me
medium
coffee
even
though
I
paid
for
a
large
one!
