In my opinion the best hair salon! I've been visiting the store for years and I'm super satisfied! The employees are competent and very friendly. My favorite is the boss named Soner. He never disappoints! I can only recommend the store to everyone. Bring a good mood with you, it can get a bit noisy under certain circumstances :) It's best to call ahead to make an appointment!

The employees don't speak German and certainly don't have any professional hair cutting training or anything like that. My pages were cut to zero despite my wish not to do so. I also explained it to the hairdresser, he just said he understood and did it anyway. In the end he also had the audacity to charge me the price for cutting to zero, which costs more. Haircut generally below average. Trust me, don't make the same mistake and don't let kids who want to earn a little pocket money mess up your hair!!! The managing director, just as incompetent as his employees, doesn't speak any real German and physically pressured me to pay the full amount. No, thank you never again
