I was there about 2 weeks ago and I have to say, very competent and pleasant treatment with Dr. Moinzadeh. He takes a lot of time and is very patient. I have to say to the team that the receptionist with glasses is a disaster. I have never seen anything so unfriendly and rude when dealing with patients in a doctor's office. The young receptionist, on the other hand (trainee?), is super nice, friendly and very helpful. The two doctor's assistants who were in the room were also very nice and friendly. Thanks to the competent treatment by Dr. Moinzadeh still come (even if one of the receptionists has never heard of patient care)👍👍

I've been seeing Dr. for some time now. Moinzadeh under treatment and he took away my fear of having my teeth pulled. Last Thursday I went to Dr. due to complaints. Hundred marks. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was there straight away and received great advice and was treated very sensitively. I'm excited. Thank you for that.

Dr. Moinzadeh is one of the best doctors in all of Cologne. His sensitive and calm manner, the professionalism of his work and his loving nature, especially towards children, are the reasons why we have been going there as a family for 20 years. He is our FAVORITE DOCTOR.

Be careful, professional teeth cleaning is done by a trainee who cannot do it. Mr. Hundertmark wants to pull an 8 year old's permanent front teeth just because he doesn't feel any pain when he's cold. It's not even properly explained to the child that he has to say that he feels the cold and not pain. Instead, it is directly diagnosed that the tooth needs to be extracted. Absolutely NO GO. I come from a professional background and could quickly expose this dentist as being nice and friendly. Afterwards, despite my friendliness, he was quite unfriendly and nasty to me. Despite my request to polish sharp knowledge of teeth, refused to do so. Trying to extract a permanent front tooth from an 8 year old, even though the tooth is healthy, is proof to me that he hasn't learned anything during his studies. Even if the tooth had something, the tooth of an 8 year old is first treated with vital amputation, then if that doesn't help with root canal treatment and then if that doesn't help, a root tip resection is done, the last step is tooth extraction. Can only shake my head.

A lot of time has always been taken for me, questions have been answered in detail and I feel that I have received good advice and dental care. The teeth cleaning is also very thorough and I was given lots of tips on how to clean my teeth. The waiting times are very short, appointments were made relatively promptly and, as far as I could tell, the Corona protective measures are fully adhered to. I am very satisfied and would happily recommend the practice.
