Really great baked goods on offer here, from the delicious croissant to the excellent baguette. Then why only two stars? The service here is really not customer-oriented. For example, the young lady with the glasses, who just seems absolutely listless and gives the impression of being bored. If you work in retail, you should probably enjoy customer contact. Unfortunately, all of this means that the overall impression is rather negative and I avoid this branch if possible.

Fünf Minuten vor Ladenschluss (21.05.2023) wird uns trotz gefüllter Auslage unhöflich der Zutritt verwehrt. Unmögliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Glücklicherweise gibt es in Nippes genug andere schöne Cafés und Bäckereien.

Von den Produkten und deren Qualität bin ich überzeugt und finde die Preise entsprechend angemessen. Was hier echt gar nicht geht, ist der Kundenumgang. Ich habe heute eine Verkäuferin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der von mir gezahlte Gesamtpreis nicht zu den ausgeschriebenen Einzelpreisen passt. Nach Diskussionen hat sie dann einen Bon ausgedruckt und mir dann mitgeteilt, dass die Kasse 2 Madeleines als 2 einzelne abrechnet und nicht den ausgeschriebenen Rabatt gewährt. Für sie war die Sache damit erledigt, ich bin ratlos zurückgeblieben (2 Madeleines sind im Angebot, man zahlt aber trotzdem den höheren Preis, weil die Kasse das halt so will?!). Da fühle ich mich als Kunde ehrlicherweise auf den Arm genommen. Und dabei geht es nicht um das Geld, sondern die Art. Da merkt man, dass man in einer Kette gelandet ist. Ein Café-Besitzer würde niemals so mit einem Stammkunden umgehen. Ich bin auf jeden Fall heute das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Gibt ja glücklicherweise genug Cafés im näheren Umkreis.

Einfach schlecht. Atmosphäre kühl langweilig viel zu große unpersönliche Tische. Die Preise sind für die Menge teuer und Langweilig. Der Kaffe ist OK der Preis passt da aber auch da nicht. Eine Verkäuferin ist eben eine solche und keine Servicekraft. Das die Butter in Porzellan töpfchen ist wäre Ansicht gut aber warum ist dann so Umwelt unfreundlich in einem Aludöschen verpackt. französische Rollenbutter runterzuschneiden ist keine Hexenwerk. Die Salzstreuer waren extrem schmitzig. Eine halboffene Eingangstüre ist sehr "einladend" im Winter. Die Öffnungszeiten stimmen bei Google nicht mit der Realität überein.

Very expensive, but tastes quite good. The staff is nice, but we waited quite a long time even though it wasn't busy.

Prices a disaster. As already mentioned in other reviews. Unfortunately seen too late. 13.90€ for 12cm quiche, and then it sizzled.

Everything fresh and delicious. There is a huge selection of tarts and pastries. Not to forget sandwiches or quiche for those who prefer something savory. It's not exactly cheap, but the quality speaks for itself. The service is super friendly and helpful. It's not super comfortable to sit here, but everyone can find something to eat and it's something different.

Generally 5/5 Both the food, the pastries and the coffee (I regularly get a flat white) are very good. You feel very comfortable there. Only the staff could be a little more attentive and friendly.

Service mediocre, serveuses non respectieuses, pour elles , deux client non la droit que a seule assiette et a seule serviette. n essayè surtout pas sinon vous perdrez votre respect comme client. jamais de tout vu un comportement pareil . Poor service, disrespectful saleswomen – for them, two guests are entitled to a single plate and a single napkin for their ordered baked goods. Don't try or you will lose respect as a customer. I have never seen such behavior. Don't answer, I don't need your "we're very sorry."

Leider hantierte die Bedienung meine Macarons mit einer Metallzange. Sie waren optisch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Schade, da sie für die Osterfeiertage gedacht waren. Generell finde ich das Personal dort nicht sehr kompetent. Der gekaufte Apfelkuchen/tarte war gut.

The service was underground! Look long fake fingernails, fake eyelashes. Tanned in a tanning salon, facial expression “uninterested in work”, doesn’t ask how many parts we want and each part is packed up and unpacked again with the next part. 😜 I'll never go there again, it's too low-class for me

This was my first and will certainly be my last visit. The service was unfriendly. The coffee was good, but the coffee flavored eclair was too small for its price, not fresh and didn't taste like anything at all. The combination of coffee and eclair/millefeuille was on offer (offre Café gourmand). I could tell this from the menu while sitting in the store. Nevertheless, I had to pay the individual prices at the checkout, which of course I don't think is right. However, I didn't feel like discussing it.

I was overcharged for the second time. When I asked, the saleswoman rudely told me that the signs were wrong... So expensive, not always tasty and I find anything like that unacceptable.
