I have been a customer for several years and have never been treated or given unfriendly or incompetent treatment or advice. What the employees have to put up with is simply unbelievable. Some people forget their supposedly good behavior towards the cashiers. Maybe you should think about the fact that when you stand at the checkout in the evening and complain that it takes too long or that the cashier doesn't sing "N'Abend" in a friendly enough way, you should think about the fact that these ladies have to "deal with" bad-tempered customers all day long. And that the difficult Corona period is also changing customers. I can say that across the board, all of the employees there have always been friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping there and that is primarily due to the staff. You are doing a great job!! 👍

How baselessly and shamelessly some ladies (as customers!!!) rate the branch and the employees here is really the last straw! I followed the situation at the checkout with the discounts from the app. If you don't have a good handle on cell phone technology and the employee at the checkout tries very friendly to support the customer despite the large number of waiting customers, but at some point she throws in the towel because she has to serve other impatiently waiting customers, she gets a bad one Evaluation??? Those who have been keeping the business running for months, who always treat me in a friendly manner (especially in this branch!!!) and who ensure that we are taken care of. I don't really like going to this branch either. I can only confirm what the others have written that the employees are unfriendly, but there are also one or two employees who are friendly. I always notice that the cashiers don't greet everyone and don't even look at your face because you have black hair... Then I have the feeling that I am speaking directly to the branch management. Oh yes, one star is for the well-stocked market and the second star is for the two friendly employees.

Pretty unfriendly branch manager! It is undesirable in a conversation between mother and child regarding a toy. My child already had the toy in hand to buy. If she hadn't opened her mouth in her cheeky way, we would have bought the toy, but out of principle I left it there. (My child pressed few functions of the game) (“We would be forced to buy it”!) Have a conversation with the lady about customer friendliness.

Today I was at the Rossmann with my assistance dog, we wouldn't be spoken to about this :-) my dog ​​was wearing the identification blanket. So it was clear to the employees that it wasn't just any dog. When a couple with a dog came to Rossmann, they were informed that dogs were not allowed there. And had to leave the store. When I was at the checkout I guess (the branch manager) came and she then explained to the cashier that no dogs are allowed in but assistance dogs are allowed. I was very pleased that she explained to her employee why we have an exception :-) Thank you:-)

Discriminatory incident observed in the branch. Totally rude employees in the evening. They are two incompetent blonde employees who, for no reason, don't take a young man with a migrant background seriously. They make him wait while other customers with the same request are brought forward. I am deeply shocked and will advise everyone to give this branch a wide berth!!!
