Nice, clean swimming pool, with friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money and family friendly. Nice reception hall with bistro.

Great pool, everything clean and tidy. It’s a pity that not all the employees are as friendly as we would like, we came for the first time and the comments they made to us were not in a pleasant manner :( I hope this won’t happen again. They are also not allowed to take photographs inside the premises. Why?? Unclear

Was very appealing. With nice staff who greeted us in a friendly manner. We had to wait a while to eat, but the apology came promptly. We would be happy to come back

Finally a swimming pool in Waldbröl again and, above all, one that is good. The trainers, the catering, the changing rooms and swimming areas are great! Priced very fairly too. I think the early swimmer offer is great. This way you can exercise in the morning before work.

A super great swimming pool, very clean and a nice atmosphere. You can eat and drink something nice at the exit. The renovation was worth it.

Beautiful, well-arranged and very clean swimming pool! The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The water temperature was just right in all pools, small children always freeze as soon as their heads get wet. Given the current situation, I have to emphasize that the temperature in the pools has not been reduced. I'd love to come back, thank you!

I went to the balneo for the first time with my five-year-old grandson. My grandson wore water wings. We went to the non-swimmer part of the main pool. After 2 minutes, the lifeguard asked me to leave the non-swimmer pool and go to the children's pool with my grandson. Since I didn't know this pool, which is in the next room, I followed the instructions. As we walked past the two lifeguards, I heard from their conversation that they had different opinions. After spending 10 minutes on my knees in the children's pool, I went to the lifeguard and asked whether I now had to spend the entire bathing time there and why I wasn't allowed to go into the non-swimmer pool with a non-swimmer. The answer was, that's just the way it is here. We will never go there again. This normally belongs in the press.

Absolutely a top swimming pool! Everything is very clean, tidy changing rooms, super friendly and competent staff, as well as trained lifeguards who keep a vigilant eye on the bathers. A large 25 meter pool, a temperature-controlled fun pool, and a children's pool for the very little ones. There are also a number of different course offerings or promotions, such as: Children's disco or water aerobics to make your visit to the pool something special. Great bistro with a large selection of different dishes! The bistro is also recommended if you just want to grab something to eat without using the bathroom. All in all, a highly recommended bathroom where young and old get their money's worth :)
