New: unfortunately we were treated really badly by the doctor yesterday. I understand that you are stressed when a doctor is canceled and it is so busy. But that is absolutely no reason to treat a child like that. The treatment was therefore very painful. Even though the ear canal infection was diagnosed, this didn't help. 5 days of ear pain in a child should be taken seriously! It's a shame because we were very happy before. Old review from a year ago: My son is a patient of Dr. Martin and we are very satisfied. He is very nice, explains everything in a very friendly manner and takes his time. A big thank you also goes to the medical assistants. Always very friendly, whether on the phone or in the practice. Even without an appointment for acute pain, waiting times are limited. Great organization.

Dr. Kipp has been my ear doctor since 2006. He is nice and very friendly to me at all times. I receive comprehensive advice every time. His employees are also always very nice and friendly, even though this good practice has a lot of patients...

Not recommended, we have been treated in the practice since November, our son, 4 years old, constantly had problems with his ears, including a purulent middle ear infection. We were constantly put off after our appointments and should come in for a check-up in 4 weeks. Right from the start, a hearing test wasn't even done or antibiotics were prescribed. I then went to another ENT doctor to get a second opinion. (In Düsseldorf practice Dr Hillebrand is highly recommended because you drive there specially from Soest, by the way I called 2 days later and got an appointment straight away. Top class, very friendly and very short waiting time. The doctor knew straight away what our son needed - the tympanostomy tubes and polyps had to be removed I went to Kipp and Martin's practice. Doctor Martin said they didn't have the budget for that. I should complain to politicians. NOT humane 🤮... Today my son is finally being operated on by Dr Menke in the Marien Hospital.

Today I went to see Dr. for the second time. Martin was treated and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Martin took a lot of time to listen to me, then examined me and then explained in detail what was wrong with me. He is very friendly, very competent and willing to have small talk. I can't complain about the helpers at all. They were also very accommodating when making an appointment over the phone! Many thanks to Dr. Martin!

I can only report positive experiences and am very satisfied with the practice and especially with Dr. Martin as the attending physician... I felt like I was in good hands at all times and was never turned away, even when I had acute problems. Time is taken and, above all, thorough diagnosis is made and then help is given or additional expert advice is even sought. I have been treated here for almost two years and have always received competent and friendly advice and examinations. Thank you ! 5 Stars

I was offered an appointment on the phone in March, after emphasizing that it was an acute case/emergency, I was given one for a week later, but I also responded to that and got one in the same week. The waiting time was totally legitimate and reasonable considering that I came without an appointment. Dr. Martin was very friendly and explained every step to me so that I was able to overcome my fears.

Unfortunately, I wasn't treated today for acute hearing loss and therefore couldn't get a prescription. Comment from the older doctor's assistant: We can't TREAT all of NRW! Inconceivably!!!

While the “competitors” in Soest were conspicuous by their absence, and in Werl no doors were even opened (sic!), I got an appointment here for my hearing emergency despite the waiting room being full. Despite the large number of patients, Dr Kipp & his staff were pleasant and best of all: I can hear again!

Disastrous doctor, never experienced anything as professionally bad as there, problems are not taken seriously and you are portrayed as a malingerer. Never again to this practice.

Really perfect! It's rare to find such a child-loving specialist. We feel in very good hands here, both personally and professionally.
