I went to Dr. from May/June 2020. Fitzner undergoing treatment. I also represented Dr. Get to know Ostermeier. Both doctors are very nice and fully addressed my problems. The ladies at reception and the practice team were super friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the alternative treatment didn't work for me, so I had an operation on my intervertebral disc by the two doctors in Alzenau in October 2020. Even a day before the operation, the doctors visited me again to make sure that an operation was unavoidable. The day after the operation, the two doctors came to see me twice a day for the entire week I was in the clinic and looked at the wound and patiently answered all my questions. The operation went very well and I am completely pain-free today. More is not possible. Thank you very much!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. for about 1.5 months. Ostermeier is being treated for my slipped disc. Initially, I was recommended conservative therapy in the form of physiotherapy and pain therapy, which was very much in my interests. Unfortunately, this method did not have the desired effect, which is why surgery was indicated. This was explained to me in detail, any open questions were answered and my concerns were taken seriously and discussed. A week after the operation I feel much better. The pain is getting less and the mobility is getting better every day. Dr. Ostermeier supported me competently and committedly the whole time and gave me good advice on an ongoing basis. Both the daily visits in the hospital (twice a day) and the appointments in the practice were uncomplicated, well organized and to my complete satisfaction. Another positive aspect to be highlighted is the practice team, which is always in a good mood and makes your stay during treatments and consultations very pleasant. I can only warmly recommend the whole team, I felt like I was in good hands at all times.

My operation, spinal canal, was very well prepared and carried out by Dr Ostermeier without any complications, professional and organized, great, I am very satisfied with the practice team of Dr Ostermeier and Fitzner. I would recommend this very good practice to everyone. The doctors take a lot of time to answer every question. Dr Ostermeier and Fitzner visited me twice a day for check-ups. The diagnosis and treatment were absolutely correct and appropriate. I can Dr. Highly recommend Ostermeier and his friendly team! I have never met a human doctor like that before. Dr. Ostermeier and Dr. Fitzner is a great team that takes very caring care of their patients. And that from the start: The consultation before the operation was really competent, so that no questions were left unanswered and everything was explained clearly. It is also not a given that you will be picked up personally from the waiting room. Everything went very well during the operation and afterwards the two doctors personally made sure I was fine twice a day. The care is really great and the entire practice team does a great job.

After a quick appointment, all treatment options were listed to me. Conservative therapy was recommended to me after a very detailed discussion.
