Entering beautiful Gaia means entering a different frequency, and soon I could leave the daily life behind and feel part of the great group that came there to experience the retreat with me. The rooms are comfortable and nice, with a stunning forest view. The shared space are so welcoming, and it is easy to find yourself in an engaging conversation with a new acquaintance, or just relaxing on the sofa and reading a book. The facilities are also nice and clean, and of course the sauna is a great treat. In the retreat that I participated in Beatrix was the teacher, and I could get so much from her. She is a great teacher, and a very kind person. Perfect setting to immerse yourself in yoga while also relaxing and touring around. The pillar of Gaia is wonderful Eran, the host. All the group had a great pleasure to bu hosted by this generous host. The vegan food was the best vegan food in Germany period, and delicious in every rate. Eran's personality and welcoming manner helped the group that started as a group of stranger to form quickly bonds, and feel very close by the end. If you can hear some call to go visit Gaia, then you probably should. It was an experience that I will not forget

One of the best experiences I've had - meeting lovely people, sharing lovely vegan food and engaging in loving practices of yoga and walking meditation. The location itself is amazing, plenty of forests and hills to wander around. I'd also like to thank the host Eran, for opening his generous heart and loving home to all of us, and thanks to all the wonderful people I've met!

Definitely worth recommending. After lockdown Gaia Retreat House provided a long-needed break for the mind and the body- awesome yoga and meditation classes, great vegan food. Also everyone that we met was just a great human. We will be going back for sure! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the nature, it's a hidden gem :D

A magical experience with lots of compassion, depth and of course.. super good food! When I arrived I was really stressed out and exhausted. Eran and Anat made me feel so comfortable from the very first moment. It’s hard to describe with words what these few days at the Gaia Retreat House mean to me. Every little detail is filled with so much love. Every single moment was so precious to me. There also was such a loving presence between all participants and it was so easy to open up. We shared so many nice talks, laughs, the food, but also the sad moments and the grief. My heart was deeply touched when I returned home and I’m so thankful and blessed that I decided to visit that beautiful place. I learned so much and I will never forget this time and it will have a very special place in my heart.

Anat and Eran were such wonderfully supporting hosts! They were offering very very nice food (all time around), and made sure all of the time that everyone is feeling happy. The yoga retreat was a very profound experience - I experienced a lot of joy and peace, while learning a lot about mindful living! Thanks to the very inspiring and supportive teacher.

My four-day meditation retreat in Gaia Retreat House in the heart of Germany was an extraordinary experience surrounded by tranquil nature ❤️ From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The retreat organizer Eran and the trainer were warm and knowledgeable, making us feel immediately like at home. The daily schedule was well-structured, balancing periods of guided meditation, silent reflection, and insightful teachings on various meditation techniques. I learned to quiet my mind, focus my thoughts, and connect with a sense of inner peace that I hadn't experienced before. The natural surroundings added to the experience, with gentle breezes and bird songs enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. Definitely one of the highlights of the retreat was the delicious vegan meals that Eran prepared with love and care. One of the most profound moments of the retreat was the silent meditation walk through the forest. The connection to nature and the stillness of the surroundings deepened my practice and brought about a sense of oneness with the world around me. Overall, this four days of meditation were a transformative experience. I left feeling more centered, mindful, and equipped with practical meditation tools that I will continue to use in my daily life. I can't recommend this retreat enough to anyone seeking inner peace and personal growth in a beautiful natural setting. 🙏

It was my second time at Gaia and I can strongly recommend the Meditation as well as the Yoga retreat. The whole compound is amazing, there is love in every single molecule -even the food is Eran's special gift of love to each hungry soul. It is so energizing to spend time at Gaia and if you like the feeling of being abroad (without leaving Germany-that's carbon friendly :D), having international exchange, getting to know yourself and others better, this is your place to be. Lots of love, Felix

Amazing experience and something I would carry with me for a long time! Eran & Bea are wonderful, so warm and really made us feel at home. The food was also the most delicious vegan options one could ask for. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a meaningful break and to meet other like minded people! I’m so grateful that I was able to do this💛

Taking some time off and going to Gaia was one of the best decision I had this year. I completely disconnected from the world and had an amazing time surrounded by people with good energy and being feed with the best vegan food I ever had. The place is equally special, perfect location and beautiful wooden house where you can listen to the birds all they long. And I can’t review Gaia without mentioning Eran, the greatest vegan Chef and a perfect host. Gaia is the perfect place in case you need to take some time for yourself, you won’t regret, I guarantee you.

I had the greatest time in Gaia retreat house. The house is located next to beautiful nature in a village area which was great as you had the feeling that you can really disconnect from civilization and all what come with it. Very cosy house with beautiful yoga studio with a view outside, was really relaxing. The teacher bea was very professional and with great personality which made the yoga sessions really enjoyable and special. Eran the host was cooking great vegan food, it was so good , we couldn’t stop praising it. He hosted us with much love and openness which made us feel very much at home. Just the perfect place to heel and relax and give your body and mind everything it needs. totally recommend it.

I recently had an oppurtunity to attend Gaia yoga retreat and it was truly transformative. The serene location provided the perfect backdrop for self-discovery and relaxation. Anjuly our experienced instructor guided us through rejuvenating sessions, and the variety of classes catered to all levels. The healthy, delicious vegan meals made by Eran complemented the holistic experience. The supportive community and mindful atmosphere created a space for personal growth. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and grateful for the rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wellness retreat.

I am so grateful for my time at Gaia House. From the first communication with Eran, I already felt warmly received. I was looking for a retreat very last minute, and he generously welcomed me as a last minute addition to the group. The directions were excellent, which made getting there fresh off the plane from the Frankfurt airport easy. I was delighted to find myself landing in such a calm, structured, warm place, amidst a fabulous small group of fellow retreat-seekers. The territory that we opened up together through yoga sessions with Bea was remarkable - far beyond what (any of us, perhaps) expected. The food that Eran lovingly prepared was utterly delicious and so nourishing. Thank you Gaia House and all the wonderful folks there for the meaningful re-grounding :)

It was a wonderful yoga retreat with great people and a very friendly host, who cooked amazing food and made everybody feel at home. The location is beautiful, with lots of opportunities to walk and switch off. It's definitely a place to visit and revisit!

Gaia is the perfect place to getaway, relax, unwind and recharge. Eran’s hospitality is second to none (plus cooks the best food imaginable), and the beautiful location makes this retreat truly like no other. You will leave this place with a renewed vigour for life and practical ways to incorporate peace and love into everyday life.

I recently attended a four day mediation and yoga retreat. Our host Eran was very welcoming and provided an environment that made me feel like I was at home. Eran also cooked amazing plant based foods and snacks whilst Ytama guided the meditation and yoga practice. I felt, Gaia was the perfect location for a meditation, yoga and wellness retreat.

My mom and I spent time at the Gaia retreat house for a yoga retreat. We had such an amazing time! Eran makes the place feel like home. He cooks delicious vegan food better than I have ever had. For every meal everyone comes together and sits at one big table which allows everyone to bond. I was so happy that Bea (the yoga instructor) and Eran also joined us. You could tell that Bea puts so much love into her classes. She took the time to talk to everyone individually to make sure she knows everyone’s hopes and needs going into the class. I would definitely recommend this place❤️

This was a great retreat if you are looking to disconnect from a busy and stressful daily life. The schedule is geared for shutting down, relaxing and just getting in touch with your inner being again. Our group was fantastic, we had great conversations, we had a phenomenal Yoga instructor that was not only well trained in her profession but made time to work one-on-one with each of us and was in-tune to each request. Last but not least, the host of this great house was engaged, always looking out to cater to our needs or wishes. The Gaia house is comfortable, clean and has the feel of 'home'. The freshly cooked meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend this retreat.

Absolutely amazing experience! Starting from the moment Eran invites you through the door into his lovely home. The immediate sense of calmness embraces you…and remains with you throughout your stay. Bae, our yoga instructor was amazing as well; her knowledge and individual attention she provided was superb. Eran’s hospitality makes you feel incredibly welcome and relaxed…and last but definitely not least, the beautiful meals he creates definitely come from a place of love and unity…which is what one shares sitting at his well prepared table surrounded by his amazing food creations. The attention to detail he provides to ensure his guests feel special is excellent. Highly recommend this retreat! Norma

This was my second amazing "4 days Yoga and Wellness Retreat" at Gaia House. The House is situated in a wonderful landscape of the Werra-Meissner-Region near Kassel. I enjoyed the delicious vegan food, the lovely atmosphere of the House and great hospitality of owner Eran Eisen as well as the Yoga Classes twice a day. The participants of the retreat were always very nice and most interesting people from various countries. I will probably return next year and can only recommend a stay there. Thank you all.

I joined a four-day Yoga Retreat at Gaia. This was a transformative experience thanks to the great design of owners Eran and Anat. I made friends, calmed my soul, enjoyed the best range of vegan food I have ever eaten, jumped on the trampoline, got out of my comfort zone at yoga, and fell asleep during meditation. A great experience! Gaia doesn't aim for luxury, but instead provides comfortable, clean and relaxed rooms with shared facilities. I enjoyed it so much I plan to take a seminar group to Gaia in the future.

I could not recommend this highly enough. It was an amazing experience. I had never been to a yoga retreat prior to visiting Gaia and chose this one based on the great reviews. It deserves all of the 5 star reviews it has. I am not vegan (or even vegetarian) and none of the other guests when I attended were either but we all were in love with the food. I was nervous about being hungry - but it was impossible to be hungry in that house. Eran was an amazing chef and made sure all dietary restrictions were accounted for. Bea was the yoga instructor when I attended and was an absolute delight.

It was definitely an amazing experience at Gaia for a 4-day meditation and yoga retreat! Eran is a lovely host who brings me the feeling as a family at the beginning, Gaia is a place where you can feel at home immediately and feel comfortable and at rest. As a non-vegan eater, the amazing food from Eran makes it effortless for me to switch to vegan during these 4 days and might even incorporate it into my daily life. Ytamar is an incredible teacher providing a lot of useful tools of meditation, guiding me into the world of meditation not only the practice and but also the theory and purposes behind. For someone who is looking for a peaceful mind and love, Gaia is the right place for you!

That was exactly what I was looking for: an amazing runaway from a big city noises, routine and stress. I met an amazing group of open minded and curious people and we had a deep yoga, meditation and chanting journey. And a special place here is for mentioning an outstanding vegan food cooked by Eran the owner. It was so soaked with love that I now can claim knowing how the Love tastes. Gaia House Germany is the place where I would love to come back.
