The
menu
is
out
of
fact.
Just
sit
here
and
we
are
told
that
there
are
no
vegetarian
dishes.
A
no-go
if
it
is
specifically
advertised.
Apart
from
this
“fakenews”
in
the
menu,
it
is
also
out
of
date
with
meat
and
fat.
There
are
no
vegetables.
In
addition,
one
is
unexpectedly
used.
The
waitress
also
pats
a
dog
several
times
while
it
is
serving.
Yum.
Even
if
the
hands
are
washed
afterwards,
which
cannot
be
finally
assessed
as
a
guest,
the
route
initially
leads
from
the
guest
room
behind
the
counter
to
the
kitchen.
Adhesions
are
therefore
inevitably
transported
into
this
area.
After
we
had
the
food
in
front
of
us:
The
salad
was
withered
in
parts,
the
schnitzel
was
a
pre-fried
industrial
schnitzel
from
the
freezer,
which
was
still
shiny
from
the
frying
fat.
In
all
seriousness,
the
meat
was
"cooked"
in
the
deep
fryer,
just
like
in
the
chip
shop
on
the
corner.
Together
with
the
brown
ready-made
sauce,
it
tasted
like
in
the
cafeteria.
The
so-called
mashed
potatoes,
which
was
served
to
the
tough
and
veined
liver,
was
also
just
a
mixed
powder
mass
from
the
ready-made
range.
The
house
is
recommended
with
"typical
mountain
dishes".
I
cannot
seriously
imagine
that,
on
the
one
hand,
since
the
Counts
of
Berg,
only
meat
has
been
served
in
the
Bergisch
cuisine
and
that
the
Bergisch
cuisine
has
based
its
tradition
on
non-regional
frozen
food
from
the
wholesale
market.
We
all
returned
our
meals
with
plates
three-quarters
full.
I
definitely
cannot
recommend
this
house
to
others.
(Original)
Die
Speisekarte
entspricht
nicht
den
Tatsachen.
Sitzen
gerade
hier
und
uns
wird
erklärt,
es
gäbe
keine
vegetarischen
Gerichte.
Ein
No-Go,
wenn
damit
ausdrücklich
geworben
wird.
Abgesehen
von
dieser
„Fakenews“
in
der
Speisekarte,
ist
diese
auch
unzeitgemäß
fleisch-
und
fetthaltig.
Gemüse
findet
sich
nicht.
Zudem
wird
man
unerwartet
geduzt.
Auch
wird
von
der
Kellnerin
ein
Hund
während
der
Serviertätigkeit
mehrfach
gekrault.
Na
lecker.
Auch
wenn
die
Hände
anschließend
gewaschen
werden,
was
als
Gast
nicht
final
beurteilt
werden
kann,
führt
doch
der
Weg
zunächst
vom
Gastraum
hinter
dem
Tresen
vorbei
in
die
Küche.
Anhaftungen
werden
somit
unweigerlich
in
diesen
Bereich
transportiert.
Nachdem
wir
das
Essen
dann
vor
uns
stehen
hatten:
Der
Salat
war
in
Teilen
welk,
das
Schnitzel
ein
vorpaniertes
Industrieschnitzel
aus
der
Tiefkühltruhe,
welches
noch
vom
Frittierfett
glänzte.
Das
Fleisch
wurde
allen
Ernstes
wie
in
der
Pommesbude
an
der
Ecke
in
der
Fritteuse
„zubereitet“.
Zusammen
mit
der
braunen
Fertigsauce
schmeckte
es
wie
in
der
Mensa.
Der
sogenannten
Kartoffelstampf,
der
zu
der
zähen
und
mit
Adern
durchdrungenen
Leber
gereicht
wurde,
war
auch
nur
eine
eingerührte
Pulvermasse
aus
dem
Fertigsortiment.
Das
Haus
empfiehlt
sich
mit
"typisch
bergischen
Gerichten".
Ich
kann
mir
nicht
ernsthaft
vorstellen,
dass
zum
einen
in
der
Bergischen
Küche
seit
den
Grafen
von
Berg
ausschließlich
Fleisch
auf
den
Teller
kam
und
dass
die
Bergische
Küche
ihre
Tradition
auf
nichtregionaler
Tiefkühlkost
aus
dem
Großmarkt
gründet.
Wir
haben
alle
unser
Essen
mit
dreiviertelvollen
Tellern
zurückgehen
lassen.
Ich
kann
dieses
Haus
definitiv
nicht
weiterempfehlen.
