    If I could give no stars I would. I got to their office and asked them to call my insurance company to verify that I am covered, since I am new in Germany and my card hasn't arrived yet. The front desk woman raised her voice and with a very rude tone told me "No I won't! This is our fax number call yourself! " I thought OK. I can do this but this is certainly not the way to talk to people. I called and asked for a "Bescheinigung" to be faxed to them. After 5 min. They received the fax. I waited patiently 2.5 hours until I was called. Doctor Hoffman asked what is wrong? I told him I am suffering from a severe back pain which I need to get checked and I also wanted a check up. He asked me how much I weigh, I said I don't know. He said well for the general check up you need to get a blood test taken go to the room next door. I did so and waited another 10 min. till the front desk woman came in and said your blood work will be €80 and insurance doesn't pay for it. I told her no problem, I will then not do the blood test. She said OK you're done! I asked what about the pain I came in for? Is the doctor going to check my back? No you are done here she said. I said I waited for 2.5 hours, Doctor Hoff hasn't even spent 30 seconds with me he didnt check my back, he didn't even bother to weigh me with the scale in his office after I told him I don't know how much I weigh! She said if you want to complain, go tell the doctor. I turned to the doctor and he slammed the door in my face. I waited in front of his door. The receptionist asked what else do you want? I said I am waiting to talk to the doctor, she yelled that you need to go to the waiting room. I did so. I was not going to just leave without saying that I am totally shocked about how they treated me. After another few minutes, Doctor Hoff came out and took me to his office, he said : "What is the issue?" And I told him that I have been waiting for 2.5 hours to see him and he didn't even spend 30 sec. To check me. He said with an uninterested tone: "well, where does it hurt?" I was about to vomit seeing his attitude. I said: " don't worry about it I'm leaving. " The last thing I heard from him was: "Ich gebe hier keine privat Sprechstunden! " If you are looking for a Doctor who cares DO NOT go to this one! I just wasted 3 hours of my life here!

    My first time I went to a doctor and they wouldn't accept me because of not having a German ID. Not sure if it was the doctors decision or the receptionist's fault. Either way, I would not reccomend! Edit: I am an Erasmus student and that was my government issued ID. Just because it's not German it doesn't mean it's fake. How was i not willing to pay? You told me "We can't accept you here". Lie after lie so that you can cover your racist behaviour.

    if it would be possible to rate it with zero stars, I would! The worst doctor's office I have ever been. The staff is extremely rude (as well as the head doctor). I waited for 40 minutes, everyone else before and after me was seeing the doctor and when I tried to ask why it is taking so long for my turn, as I was waiting for a simple document I got yelled at by the secretary! she told me that what I needed was not possible to be done (although the other secretary has told me so last week! twice! as I specifically asked about it). This is how you treat patients that need your help? Especially foreigners that may not be familiar with your healthcare system. If that is the case, you should be very ashamed of yourselves. I am really disappointed and I will be finding a new praxis and for sure a new and better doctor. I am really sorry for you. I hope you treat other patients better than you treated me, so that no one else has to experience my extremely bad experience.

    I have been a patient for 2 years now. I have no complaint whatsoever by the doctors, however one specific receptionist is the rudest and most unfriendly person that I have met. The way she talks to me every single time I visit the doctor's office, her facial expressions, the tone she uses, even her body language are simply preposterous!!! I have always been polite and I have tried to let it go, but today I have simply had it. I am changing medical office due to her because at the end of the day I do pay to get served and treated and no one is doing me any favours!!!!

    Very rude! Very humiliating! Very disgusting team!! I’m an expat in Germany and my partner called them for an appointment for corona vaccination! The lady on phone told my partner that I should go to their office! I arrived in their praxis within 30 mins and they told me that I should go away, they cannot put me in a waiting list for vaccination! I was so shocked because of the phone call that was done 30 mins ago! They were aggressive and even said some stuff in German ignoring me! The doctor also joined and he was screaming at me! This was an awful experience and I will complain this praxis! All I wanted was a kind welcoming and telling me the possibilities instead inviting me at their office and sending me away! *EDIT: As a response to the owner's response, I will not continue a childish argument here, thanks to my education I know my rights. With a manipulative reply, nobody can defense themselves! I am the least aggressive person and I was today neither aggressive nor impolite. My partner gave a call to their office and I have been told that I should immediately go to doctor's office. When I arrived at the office, a very rude receptionist without listening told me that they don't do vaccination anymore! When I told them about the phone call, I have been told that now I should leave. I just wanted to have an explanation in a kind and logical terms. The rudest receptionist manipulatively went to the doctor and I believe she informed the doctor wrong too. Meanwhile, the only nice person in that office gave me a chance to listen and she explained me that they're running out of vaccines, so that the only thing they could do is to put me in a waiting list ( which was also my intention).And then I thanked her but we couldn't continue to the only real communication there. Because this only nice communication was interrupted aggressively and rudely with the rude receptionist and manipulated doctor. They were both aggressiveley screaming and kicking me off the office while I was trying to dial my partner who can speak German and explain the situation. I was personally attacked with their screaming and. left the office crying. When I arrived home, I kindly called them to ask the name of that receptionist to start a complaint about her and the doctor and I was hung up on phone, I called 10 times more and no answer. If I was the guilty and aggressive one, you could just listen and give smart answers. No worries, I know my rights in Germany and respect the system, I will make my complaint and other people will not be insulted, hurt like I have been in your office. *I am adding a screenshot where one can see, I called them and asked them about the name of that receptionist in first call but my calls were hung up.

    Firstly the young female receptionist has a very rude behavior. Needs some empathy classes! Secondly we were charged 100€ for consultation and diagnosis. They didn’t provide any diagnosis report and when asked for it then asked for additional 45€. I mean why do you charge the diagnosis costs for then? That too wait for 2 weeks for diagnosis report. Not at all recommended. I would recommend patients to go to the hospital. The doctor is good and polite but the management is not at all good there.

    Today I attempted to contact the Hoff practice to obtain my vaccination status and forward it to my current doctor. Due to a previous mistake on my part, the information in my vaccination book was unclear, which caused problems with my current doctor. The doctor's assistant reacted unfriendly and emphasized that she was not receiving any money from the health insurance company for releasing the information. She also said, incomprehensibly, that there is no compulsory vaccination in the world (YES! Yellow fever vaccination, for example). Instead of helping me with my concerns, she asked the doctor at my current practice to call herself. When I just wanted to clarify the times for a possible callback and asked for a moment, the receiver was abruptly slammed down without further communication or a final word. IMPORTANT: Doctors' practices are legally obliged to give every patient access to their files. A new doctor cannot do this without the patient's consent. +++++ Please don't answer like that - it's just ridiculous! Data protection was NEVER a reason on the phone. I was even told that the new doctor would get my file without my consent. I expect patent information and you will hear from me in writing this week.

    THE WORST STAFF EVER!! If I could give zero stars I would. My general practitioner is on vacation and this office is supposed to be taking care of her patients. I called yesterday because I needed blood work for a CT scan next week. They told me to come in today, so I came in today and they refused to do blood work and said if the clinic wants blood work they should do it. She then said if I want the blood work I need to pay out of pocket. I said, “okay, how much?” She replied, “I don’t have time for you. You need to leave now.” Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

    Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews. The services that are offered are all fine in and of themselves. However, the staff is extremely unfriendly. You are processed quickly, and when you have questions you get a mushy answer without answering the questions specifically. The behavior on the phone is cheeky and disrespectful. I would recommend everyone to see another doctor. I'm looking forward to the standard answer.

    I was there for the second time for the travel protection vaccination. Just sat down briefly in the waiting room without an appointment, the vaccine was not in stock, went to the pharmacy with the prescription that had been issued, bought the vaccine, sat down briefly in the waiting room for the second time and it was already done. I knew the procedure from the first time and didn't need any advice. So everything was fine for me. Fast, smooth, professional. I'd love to come back.

    Went here for the first time and found that receptionists and doctors spoke English which was an immediate plus. I was in and out within 20 minutes and found the doctor very efficient and helpful. I have already recommended this practice to my English speaking friends.

    The doctor who attended to me (from Greece) was really nice and understanding. My German is really bad, so we communicated mostly in English. Very short waiting time and comfortable waiting room.

    I have always been received and treated very kindly. But I have to point out here that I often noticed that patients were very unfriendly to the staff and then at some point I would no longer react in a friendly way

    I am very satisfied with this practice and can recommend it. You can just walk in without an appointment and you can always get there very quickly. The reception staff is friendly, competent & very helpful. The doctors have always been able to help me.

    Unfortunately, I can't understand the bad comments or what practice they were in. The reception I go to is very nice and competent and I had treatment with Doctor Hoff and the other two young Greek doctors. When I was pregnant and had bronchitis, they asked for so long what kind of medication I could take, gave me very precautionary advice and also took my pregnancy into account, so that they didn't make a single small mistake. Very satisfied and would also recommend it and the fact that you can go there without an appointment is also very much appreciated these days.

    As being a patient, we want a doctor to help us in curing our illness. During the visit to the doctor's clinic, patient have their own fear about the disease. If a reception staff is very unfriendly and doctor is very good, it creates a very tedious situation for a patient. The same situation happened with us. I am very impressed with Dr. Hoff. He is a very good doctor but unfortunately I had bad experience with some very rude and impolite receptionists. Receptionist yell and don't respect patient`s critical situation. I'm having good understanding & empathy about receptionist work pressure and calmly waiting but still I don't know why few of the reception staff are not interested in talking nicely over phone or in-person meeting. Above all, due to improper listening by reception staff, I have experienced mistakes by reception staff in preparing bill and medical certificate. Giving 1 star as feedback because if receptionist are unfriendly, it makes a patient's visit worse and gives unnecessary fear to the patient. I hope with my given feedback to the doctor, it will definitely help in properly training and educating the reception staff to have better dealing with the patients. With Kind regards and respect.     Extremely rude receptionist lady with absolutely no manners or empathy.My cousin went to this place to get a sick note. She called them the day before and asked if she had to come in person herself as she was covid positive. They insisted that she can only get the sick note only if come in person. And when she went there, the receptionist lady was extremely rude and starting yelling at her in front of all the people there. The receptionist lady didn’t even have the manners to explain the procedures to her. She had zero empathy and made my cousin cry and even accused her of putting out an emotional drama. It was an unacceptable behaviour from a person who is supposed to guide the patients who come there.

    Hands off! I simply have no words to describe what unfriendly and incompetent staff works at the reception. My mother was there for a doctor's visit on February 15th, 2024. People are treated like trash, as if we were inhumans. My mother was there to extend her sick report - not a certificate but a sick note. On the other hand, the employee asked her to pay money, why would you give her the health insurance card? When you get deducted for every little thing. When my mother refused, she was yelled at and forced out of the practice. So if you treat older people and people with heart disease like this, the practice should stop treating people like that. My mother came home after the practice with dizziness and heart palpitations. You'd better find a better practice.

    super unfriendly was simply hung up at first then someone answered I ask a simple question whether there are open consultation hours because I have acute problems and need a new family doctor and the woman screams the same thing in my ear twice: "Just come in without an appointment, please!" and hangs up what's that great
