General hospital Specialized hospital Urology clinic

😠 Unfortunately, the staff is impatient and cheeky in part. I can only speak for the 1st floor. Whether a nurse on the phone asks: "You want to speak to the doctor and be present at the meeting" and you then say, "Yes, please, would you also in such a serious case" and you are then insulted a second... People often mention clinic, sehr, nicht, good, Klinik, friendly, staff, doctor, nice, eine,

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, the staff is impatient and cheeky in part. I can only speak for the 1st floor. Whether a nurse on the phone asks: "You want to speak to the doctor and be present at the meeting" and you then say, "Yes, please, would you also in such a serious case" and you are then insulted a second time with the words "we're not that old yet" or another nurse and caregiver attack you because the patient asks again submissively after an hour. Or the announcement to someone who has just been operated on: "Here, that was handed in at reception, but we are not a delivery service. This is just a small sample of how some treat you. Too bad, there are also many nice ones who don't have personality disorders.

(Translated by Google) The services that are brought here in the field of care are indeed very expandable. Can only speak for the E1. Communication in itself is difficult. Language barriers should no longer occur in such a sensitive area. Efforts are being made, but the motivation to work is not the best. Finding someone to take care of something and then get it done is winning the lottery sixth. What else can I say. On the one hand, there are probably the given external circumstances that cause such behavior, on the other hand, however, it is certainly the language, philosophy and the way we deal with each other and the patient in the house. Guys, that's not how it works! Was soll man da noch sagen.

I was in this clinic for five days and was operated on there by Prof. W. Everything went exemplary, it couldn't be better. Many thanks to Prof. W. and his team. The nursing staff are also extremely committed, always nice and friendly, competent and take their time. You feel like you're in very good hands here. The food is really good and more than enough in quantity. I can only strongly recommend the clinic and would go there again at any time.

(Translated by Google) I was there at the beginning of the year and only dealt with the urology department, who were also very competent and friendly. The nurses also very nice, but stressed. No one asked for food, just put something there. There was a very rude lady at the entrance to the clinic.

(Translated by Google) The clinic used to be very good, you felt like you were in good hands. But for some time it has decreased significantly, doctors are arrogant and hardly give any information and the staff is more than curt and tries to save time. All in all, the clinic is not recommended. I switched too.

Traurig!!! Wo soll das noch alles hinführen. Nicht mal ein Stern Wert!

I had my prostate removed here on October 31, 2023. The operation was said to have been very complicated but still went well. The leak test is still pending tomorrow, but I would now like to sincerely thank all the staff. From the cleaning lady to the senior doctor, everyone does a great job. Many thanks from room 2055, Bernd Jauernig

On Friday evening (9/29/23 around 7 p.m.) I took my 67-year-old father to the Paracelsus Clinic with what was probably a kidney stone on the recommendation of another hospital and our urologist. We were looked after very well from the start by the doctor on duty and a nurse. Both were very confident, polite, courteous and patiently explained the further procedures and examinations. My father was then admitted to the hospital (floor 1, room 15) and was also looked after excellently and conscientiously by the nurses on the ward. The room is large, has high ceilings and even a nice view. All the staff at this hospital that we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Since I worked in two hospitals as part of my physiotherapy training and my wife is a nurse, I particularly appreciate the situation in the Paracelsus Clinic. Some clinics could definitely learn a lesson from this. All in all, we would like to thank everyone and can warmly recommend this house if the worst comes to the worst!

I was admitted as an emergency with severe renal colic (a urinary splint was placed). I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. The clinic staff is very competent and, despite the lack of staff, always very friendly and humane. Even as a health insurance patient, the rooms are spacious and the food is plentiful and good. For urological diseases, the Golzheim Clinic is my clinic of choice.

Many thanks to the entire team at the Golzheim Clinic for the excellent, friendly and competent care. With you you are in very good hands in all matters. That's why there are no 2 opinions...5 stars. Thank you very much for that, Reiner Schade

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. I went to the clinic in 1994 for my kidney stones and I was really happy at the time, so I decided to have a prostate biopsy there. Apart from the fact that I had to spend six nights there instead of one night, I have to say that the clinic has clearly deteriorated compared to before. Staff very limited, sometimes inattentive and little empathy towards the patients, especially when they are very unwell. Information provided upon request is disjointed and not described in detail. There are many other points that caught my eye, but it would take too much space. It's a shame, I had good memories of the clinic, but I can no longer share them after my last stay.

❤️ VG Y.M. / 17.05.2022

(Translated by Google) Was admitted to the clinic as an emergency last weekend (Saturday) and operated on directly on Sunday. The nursing staff were very friendly and accommodating. The doctors were also very nice, just a little hectic, but with so many patients it's no wonder. The operation went so smoothly that I was able to leave the clinic on Monday. The rooms have a balcony, which is very pleasant, especially in the Corona period. As in most hospitals, the food was not good. An important point is that there is no wifi and the clinic. I missed that a lot. I think that's important, especially for younger patients. All in all 5 stars! Addendum: The second stay was also very pleasant. This time I would like to particularly emphasize the operation itself and the anesthesia. After all my anesthetics in other clinics, I always felt very bad with nausea and vomiting. But again, I don't have any problems here. I've never felt so good after an anesthetic. Alles in allem dennoch 5 Sterne!

(Translated by Google) The doctors are basically competent and have made a lot of effort to deal with special features and were empathetic. Unfortunately, the clinic is very outdated and backward. There is no TV in the room, nor working WiFi. When I asked about internet access, I was told at reception that they weren't as progressive here as in hotels, there was a pass for 4.99 for 24 hours of internet, but that wouldn't work. In general, the clinic urgently needs a few renovations. The cafeteria does not open until 10:00 and has impossible opening times, e.g. Partly closed on weekends.

-Sent away with acute complaints- Ladies and Gentlemen This morning I went to the clinic because of severe bladder pain and blood in my urine. Despite my acute symptoms, I was informed by both the lady at reception and the assistant doctor Khalaf Bani-Hani that it was not an emergency. I tried to explain to him that my regular appointment with the urologist wasn't until February 20th. takes place and my family doctor's practice does not accept emergencies. Despite my descriptions, Mr. Bani-Hani stuck to his assessment and urged that I contact my family doctor. I ended up leaving the clinic without proper medical treatment. The fact that I was not considered an emergency as a patient with acute symptoms, including blood in the urine, and was denied appropriate care dismays me. This contradicts the purpose of an emergency room, which is designed to care for people in acute health conditions. Ruzica Coric

On Friday, March 15, 2024, I was with my 88-year-old father in the emergency room of the Paracelsus Clinic with a referral from my family doctor for urinary retention. First question, what do you want here? Incredibly unempathetic doctor, short examination, bladder full, then a permanent catheter was rammed into him. I was sent home with him without any explanation and told to see a urologist with him. Hello, where was I? When I asked, I was at least told how to open the valve to drain the urine. My father has dementia and can no longer walk. I think it's bad how old people are treated. Dr. T.H, they get old too.
