Refurbished
the
restaurant
to
the
old
1900
style.
The
breakfast
selections
are
very
limited
after
the
covid.
Nothing
like
what
is
was.
The
executive
lounge
was
refurbished
and
shrunk
to
allow
4
sofas
which
is
for
only
a
few
people.
The
hotel
tells
Hyatt
Elites
to
go
sit
in
the
halway
with
their
food
&
drink
and
come
pick
up
your
food
from
a
small
counter
inthe
executive
lounge.
No
thought
was
given
that
the
lounge
entrance
is
a
heavy
door,
it
does
not
open
automatically
and
one
must
use
their
key.
The
door
is
heavy,
must
be
pulled
hard.
Nice
try
getting
your
food
&
drink
without
spilling.
What
it
is,
is
really
a
Degradation
to
Hyatt
elite
members
and
for
those
who
are
paying
for
lounge
access.
It
is
Very
backward
&
not
a
courteous
plan
for
elite
members.
Staff
is
not
awake,
alert
or
of
real
attention
to
the
guests.
It
Needs
a
shakeup
from
top
to
bottom.
The
room
was
very
outdated
and
worst
of
all
not
Clean.
That
indicates
bad
management
of
Hyatt
Regency
Dusseldorf.
The
staff
at
reception
Goran,
and
other
managers
I
dealt
with
are
overwhelmed,
slow
and
rude
to
us.
Not
busy,
just
overwhelmed
with
their
job.
Would
not
stay
here
again.
Not
worth
paying
the
money
for
this
place.
