That’s how a bike shop look like. Perfect to spot from each route over the Main Street. Massive display, can’t miss it. Plenty of parking spots ( but might get busy in the evening hours due to the Road House restaurant beside ) during the day. Staff is attentive, friendly & not shy, no BS, open for discussion and easy to get along with. Huge selection of HD motorcycle and an amazing collection of heavy custom bikes in their showroom. Renting a bike for a test ride or a whole day is as easy as buying a Coke from their vending machine. Only wished they had more larger sized clothing items. Cool people ( customers) who also are open and easy to get in a chat with. Friend bought his first Harley there, highly recommend to have a look if you are in this part of Germany 🇩🇪 Yes, it is quite countryside but that makes riding there much more fun.

I have been to many Harley Davidson Dealerships over my 59 years and Thunderbike and Alamo Harley Davidson in San Antonio stand alone at the top . There's been no better service that I've had than these two . I place orders with TB and I have been truly happy with the speed of delivery of my items and the friendliness of the good people of Thunderbike . Keep up the great work TB . Thanks ! I cant put in words how amazing this place is! Got the grand Tour from the owner himself. He took his Time to Show us the entire place with out being rushed. Answered all of our questions and Made us feel welcome and special even though we didnt spent a Dime that Day. Truly an impressive place and for sure our First choice When it comes to old bikes. They know what they are doing and being nice on Top of it. We will go back many many Times! !

Pretty shity customer service. Placed an order and made a mistake with the color of the item, emailed them inmediately to correct it and they didnt reply, called them and a very unfriendly lady told me with the typical german lack of customer service its too late. I will send the helmet back the second it arrives and shop in a different place. Plenty of online shops and I have zero tolerance for rude and arrogant customer service representatives. (After speaking with the person in charge I have to admit that the whole thing was a communication problem, I will change my rating to 4 starts because I really think the person on the phone was really dry and rude) Shipping, item, and so on was top. The Item arrived at my place within 24 hours very nicely packet, with return labels pre-printed.
