Great event location with a nice atmosphere in Düsseldorf, making it a good choice for company events!

Fantastically beautiful location! My sister celebrated her wedding there and despite the current situation, it was a nice celebration. This was only possible because there was a very good hygiene concept and all the employees at the location were totally committed and very friendly. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we were unable to use the outdoor area and the wedding ceremony had to be moved indoors. We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the decoration and the food. The menu was upscale and tasted wonderful and was beautifully presented. A little tip: If there are children among the guests, you should order fries or something similar, as the fine food was unfortunately not for the children's little palate. It was a great day/evening, we were well looked after and supported throughout the evening and into the night. Thank you for your great work!

Its a great place for professional networking, company évents, networking. I'll go there for euroshop évents and it was an Amazing moment. If you plan to organissme something for your company in Düsseldorf, go there :)

In 2019 we were already at an event at Dr. Thompson's Soap Factory. We immediately fell in love with the industrial look of the location and it was immediately clear that we wanted to celebrate our wedding here. With our event manager Eva in charge, planning our dream wedding was uncomplicated and a lot of fun. At a rehearsal dinner we were able to test the brilliant food and wines in advance. The friendliness and competence of the staff is particularly noteworthy and cannot be surpassed! For our wedding reception we chose a barbecue buffet that we put together ourselves and the taste was outstanding! We have only received positive feedback from our guests about the excellent food. The new terrace has also been beautifully done and was the perfect location for our outdoor wedding ceremony. We would choose this fantastic location again and again and can only recommend everyone to get married here. Thanks to the entire team for this bombastic day! ❤️ With love, Karo and Felix

Incredibly great location. We were there for a company event, beautifully done. Unfortunately, most of the waiters/counter staff were very unfriendly, there were no smiles, bad faces were made and sometimes stroppy answers. Otherwise it was a wonderful evening in a really nice location! Thank you

We had a company event here. It is such a nice place, modern and we had a really tasty dinner.

A nice location to celebrate. I had a private party here. The entrance and cloakroom were a bit improvised, but overall it was a positive event.

I can't understand the previous review, because waiters are people like us everywhere and at all times & just because they don't grin from ear to ear throughout their entire shift doesn't mean that they aren't respectful & professional. We probably forget a little too often that service staff are real people with real thoughts and real voices. They are not only our service, but also identities. Thank you for never losing sight of an empty glass even with a neutral face, every wish was fulfilled & I am completely satisfied <3 The soap factory would also get 10 stars from me. The food was fabulous & the location was stunningly beautiful :)

Beautiful location for a business event!

As a wedding photographer, I have been to the soap factory in Düsseldorf several times. It is one of my favorite locations because of the ambience and the great service. Clear recommendation!

Nice event location, delicious food and very good service.

As an event location I believe the service is the upper most important factor. For any business, the basic ethics should be a min. requirement. After the initial offer was confirmed, our company was at the last stage of contract negotiation for a 150 people event and was told in the morning that their offer last standing was the best offer and suddenly, half an hour later, before we could reply anything, we were simply informed per email, that the location is booked by another client, that we could choose another date if we want but the conditions stands. Frankly speaking this is not how anyone should do business. So please take serious consideration if you want to corp with this low level of ethics.

The location and the service are absolutely amazing. For a long time it was uncertain whether we would be able to celebrate our wedding at the location due to the pandemic. We received the GO 6 weeks before our big day. It was time to put the turbo into gear to clarify everything that needed to be done. Our contact person Kira was super flexible and helpful. The food was great, the service was great and the charm of the soap factory did the rest to make our wedding perfect. We are still nostalgic and would choose the soap factory again and again!
