It’s my first time there. First, the server mistakenly send our order to another table. Although they had apologized, but there was no further actions like discounts or free drinks. Second, The noodle soup is very small but it costs 17 Euros! I was still hungry after completely ate all of them, even the last drop of the soup!

The place was supposed to close at 22:30, we arrived at 22 and they said we could eat but, of course, order and eat quickly. They put pressure on us all the time while choosing the food even though the menu and the people would't speak English. The food was good, even though we didn't know what it was and to top it all, we couldn't even pay with card... Thank God we had cash and we wanted to leave as soon as possible.

We had an exquisite Vietnamese Lunch and we especially liked the beautiful traditional environment and style. Absolutely recommended, including the Vietnamese coffee. Very kind and nice service, and they always have new and special dishes, they encourage us to come back many times.

We went here a year ago when only outside dining was allowed due to covid and always planned to return. We enjoyed our meal; the mango sauce had really good flavor. The peanut sauce wasn't as flavorful and I would've liked a little extra sauce, but it was still good. The peach please tea drink was really nice; a little sweeter than I prefer, but I enjoyed it. The chicken udon noodles were delicious Thank you for a nice meal!

Loving the ambience inside. The pho was so delicious especially the broth. I had red curry with fried ducks and was delicious, good for 2 people. The appetizer was this minced shrimps in sugar cane. Interesting flavor. And lastly the Bahia, which was the alcohol free cocktail, is so refreshing.

For about €20 per head it's ok for value. Service is good. I would try this again - maybe I just chose badly this time because I was expecting better. Decor feels a little old and dusty.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Service was also good. Only drawback is that they don't accept any card. This should be taken seriously to accept card, seems more shady since they don't accept card from a long time now.

Tasty foods and drinks but accept cash only. I didn’t like sesame seeds on my rice but ate it anyway because the restaurant was so busy and I didn’t want to wait for a new plate. Not enough staff as busy on both nights I was there this week, need more staff as they do a lot of delivery too. Good location opposite a big hotel.

Very tasty. Good quality. Water that I ordered was probably from the tap. The waitress not so friendly.

A nice vietnamese place for a casual lunch or dinner. The food was good and service efficient. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well.

This establishment should not be called a restaurant. This offends chefs and restaurant staff. Firstly, they do not accept credit cards, but they tell you this not by phone when you make a reservation, but when you have already arrived. Accordingly, you ask where the ATM is. You are told that it is not far. Actually 15 minutes walk. Next, you ask for cold white wine, but they bring you warm. You are silent and think, well, nothing, we will not make a fuss over wine. But then some surrealism begins. We ordered pad thai. It's not pad thai, it's dog food, but they call it pad thai. When we asked to take it back, the waiter said that you still have to pay for it, so you better eat it. And that this is not a Thai pad thai, but their Vietnamese. We asked for curry with rice. We were brought black rice and were told that the white rice had run out. Further worse, we asked to call the chef - he did not come. They called the boss, he didn't come either. The waiters said that we have to pay, we replied that we did not mind paying, although we did not eat any of the above, but would like to call someone from the management. But this someone never came. And the waiters were just rude. I have been to many Asian countries, but I have never seen such rudeness and unprofessionalism anywhere and ever. Not in Europe, not in Asia, not in America, not in Russia, not in the Middle East. To tell you that we were shocked would be an understatement. I think this restaurant should cease to exist, and the staff should be banned from work in the service sector for life.

Warm ambience inside (don't be put off by the exterior which is standard Bonn). Very good beef pho, simple with no messing around. Note that they only take cash.

The taste and the Pho was amazing, but it is really a shame that in 2022, you cannot pay with card in a restaurant. Therefore only 4 stars.

The best Aperol in my life. 👍

The food was good. The prices are a tad high probably because it's downtown and close to the Rhjne. I could give 4 stars but was quite disappointed that it was listed on the 'Small Shops' Amex deal but when we arrived they did not take credit cards. This did not seem to be a temporary thing either.

For a moment I was furious and wanted to rate with only one star, but decided to be more fair. Food tasted good, starters were vey good. BUT Service was slow, non-observing and in parts unfriendly. Food, though the taste was good, was lukewarm or even (in parts) cold. They were relatively busy though not crowded. Maybe they were this overworked/understaffed. The meals came spread over some time for our party of five plus one one child. When they thought they had brought everything they did not mention so, but just didn’t show up anymore in our part of the restaurant. So I needed to catch their attention to mention we were still missing some things and meanwhile needed more drinks. When I thought I had caught their attention and then looked to my Co-diners proudly, thus away from the waiter - she was gone again. I called the place on my mobile phone, from our table, to get their attention. That did the trick. When I mentioned that the food on one plate was really cold they offered no apology but just said „OK“ and took that plate to reheat it. In general it seems they put the food on really cold plates, leading to the food arriving warm at best. Prices for the drinks were much to high imho. E.g. a bottle of water for 7 Euro and a small cup of tea for 4.20 Euro. Overall mixes experience, as the taste really was good, but service and Organization was bad, drinks over priced.

I am a big fan of Vietnamese Culinary for many years. Restaurant Vietnamdeli completely satisfies me and astonishes my friends with a lot of healthy vegan dishes! Great job!

We had a good lunch here. The atmosphere is nice and clean. I like the alcohol decor. The prices are a bit high. We ordered the bun cha Obama which was very good. Northern Vietnamese style I believe. The tofu pho was okay. Broth could use a bit more depth. Would go again

The pho with beef is very nice! The beer is tender and seasoned. The broth is well cooked. I want to come again to try different dishes!

Nice little place. Ambience is really nice. They don’t have fried rice which is why I gave 4 stars. The food is good and tasty. Very friendly staff too.

The food was very nice and the atmosphere is also pleasant, but the service was sadly disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes just to order drinks. However, the food came very quickly and tasted amazing. This is a nice Vietnamese restaurant but you should keep in mind that the service is not the best and it’s also more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants like Cay Tre and Pho Noodle House in Bonn.

€€ tasty, fast and cozy. Great menu with plenty of options, nice presentation of the dishes, and few but yummy desserts.

Very cozy restaurant for lunch and even a dinner date. Beautiful decoration and super clean. Good food and as a Vietnamese living in Germany, the food is very close to our original taste. Friendly and helpful staff.
