This
establishment
should
not
be
called
a
restaurant.
This
offends
chefs
and
restaurant
staff.
Firstly,
they
do
not
accept
credit
cards,
but
they
tell
you
this
not
by
phone
when
you
make
a
reservation,
but
when
you
have
already
arrived.
Accordingly,
you
ask
where
the
ATM
is.
You
are
told
that
it
is
not
far.
Actually
15
minutes
walk.
Next,
you
ask
for
cold
white
wine,
but
they
bring
you
warm.
You
are
silent
and
think,
well,
nothing,
we
will
not
make
a
fuss
over
wine.
But
then
some
surrealism
begins.
We
ordered
pad
thai.
It's
not
pad
thai,
it's
dog
food,
but
they
call
it
pad
thai.
When
we
asked
to
take
it
back,
the
waiter
said
that
you
still
have
to
pay
for
it,
so
you
better
eat
it.
And
that
this
is
not
a
Thai
pad
thai,
but
their
Vietnamese.
We
asked
for
curry
with
rice.
We
were
brought
black
rice
and
were
told
that
the
white
rice
had
run
out.
Further
worse,
we
asked
to
call
the
chef
-
he
did
not
come.
They
called
the
boss,
he
didn't
come
either.
The
waiters
said
that
we
have
to
pay,
we
replied
that
we
did
not
mind
paying,
although
we
did
not
eat
any
of
the
above,
but
would
like
to
call
someone
from
the
management.
But
this
someone
never
came.
And
the
waiters
were
just
rude.
I
have
been
to
many
Asian
countries,
but
I
have
never
seen
such
rudeness
and
unprofessionalism
anywhere
and
ever.
Not
in
Europe,
not
in
Asia,
not
in
America,
not
in
Russia,
not
in
the
Middle
East.
To
tell
you
that
we
were
shocked
would
be
an
understatement.
I
think
this
restaurant
should
cease
to
exist,
and
the
staff
should
be
banned
from
work
in
the
service
sector
for
life.
