I
was
a
patient
in
the
ENT
ward
and
unfortunately
had
to
undergo
an
operation,
which
I
was
really
scared
of.
Before
being
admitted
to
the
clinic,
the
corona
test
was
due.
My
first
contact
was
Sister
Petra.
Super
nice,
super
nice
and
friendly!
I
thought:
if
everyone
is
like
that,
I
went
to
the
right
hospital
and
was
a
little
calmer.
My
next
experience
about
3
hours
before
the
planned
operation
was
with
Nurse
Gaby
at
the
information
desk.
Unfortunately,
my
first,
good
impression
disappeared
very
quickly.
No
trace
of
friendliness,
even
remotely
close.
The
questions
to
me,
the
information
for
me
(which
I
received
only
after
repeated
inquiries)
only
"pounded"
on
me
in
an
unfriendly,
-
you
can
say
a
command
tone
on
me.
When
I
finally
had
this
procedure
behind
me,
Sister
Gaby
took
me
to
the
elevator
for
another
admission
interview.
My
fear,
which
had
arisen
again,
subsided
a
little
there.
I
met
a
friendly
sister
again.
Then
it
went
to
the
ENT
ward.
I
was
brought
to
a
(3
bed)
room
by
a
carer,
which
was
large,
clean
and
nice.
Since
there
was
no
other
patient
in
the
room,
I
was
allowed
to
choose
my
bed.
Before
long
it
was
time
for
the
operation.
Everything
went
smoothly,
calmly
and
friendly.
The
nurse
took
me
to
the
operating
room
by
elevator.
Also
there
I
only
met
friendly
sisters
who
noticed
very
quickly
that
they
met
a
little
scaredy
bunny
with
me.
A
sister
(unfortunately
I
don't
remember
her
name)
took
special
care
of
me,
stroked
my
arm,
tried
to
respond
to
me
very
sensitively
and
to
take
away
my
fear,
which
she
also
succeeded
in
doing.
Then
the
anesthetist
came
who
introduced
himself
to
me
and
explained
everything
that
was
going
to
happen
in
detail
and
well.
I
felt
in
good
hands
and
hey
presto,
the
time
had
come
and
I
went
to
"dreamland"
I
was
operated
on
by
Dr.
Czisch.
I
already
"knew"
him
from
the
preliminary
talk.
A
great
doctor,
sensitive,
competent,
he
explains
everything
in
detail
and
patiently.
No
question
you
ask
remains
unanswered
I
can
only
recommend
!
When
I
woke
up
from
general
anesthesia,
it
didn't
take
long
until
I
was
brought
back
to
the
ward.
At
no
point
during
my
entire
subsequent
stay
(I
was
there
for
2
nights)
did
I
have
an
unpleasant
experience.
ALL
the
nurses
and
carers
were
very
friendly,
looked
after
and
asked
very
often
if
something
was
needed.
I
would
particularly
like
to
praise
carer
Kevin
from
the
night
shift,
who
was
immediately
on
hand
to
help
when
I
still
got
pain
in
the
late
evening.
So
I
then
spent
my
first,
pain-free
night
in
the
Hofgarten
Clinic.
The
second
day
went
well
too
The
food
was
good
and
plentiful,
which
pleasantly
surprised
me
of
a
hospital.
I
know
it
differently
from
another
clinic.
My
conclusion
from
the
Hofgartenklinik:
I
got
my
surgery
behind
me
well,
everything
went
well
If
I
hadn't
had
this
first
unpleasant
experience
with
Sister
Gabi
from
the
information
desk,
there
would
be
absolutely
nothing
to
complain
about.
Nobody
goes
to
a
hospital
voluntarily
for
an
operation,
if
I
ever
need
it
again,
then
the
Hofgarten
Clinic
again
at
any
time
I
feel
the
need
to
take
this
opportunity
to
thank
all
the
doctors,
nurses
and
nurses
for
the
good
care.
Especially
with
sister
Petra
and
carer
Kevin
Thank
you
so
much
!
(Original)
Ich
war
Patient
der
HNO
Station
und
musste
mich
leider
einer
OP
unterziehen,
vor
der
ich
richtig
große
Angst
hatte.
Vor
der
Aufnahme
in
die
Klinik
stand
der
Corona
Test
an.
Mein
erster
Kontakt
war
Schwester
Petra.
Super
lieb,
super
nett
und
freundlich
!
Ich
dachte:
wenn
alle
so
sind
bin
ich
in
das
richtige
Krankenhaus
gegangen
und
war
schon
etwas
beruhigter.
Mein
nächstes
Erlebnis
ca
3
Stunden
vor
der
geplanten
OP
war
mit
Schwester
Gaby
am
Info
Schalter.
Leider,
leider
schwand
dann
sehr
schnell
mein
erster,
guter
Eindruck.
Von
auch
nur
annähernder
Freundlichkeit
keine
Spur.
Die
Fragen
an
mich,
die
Infos
für
mich
(die
ich
erst
nach
mehrmaliger
Nachfrage
erhielt)
"prasselden"
nur
so
auf
mich
in
einem
unfreundlichen,-
man
kann
schon
sagen
Kommandoton
auf
mich
ein.
Als
ich
diese
Prozedur
dann
endlich
hinter
mir
hatte
begleitete
mich
Schwester
Gaby
mit
den
Lift
zu
einem
weiteren
Aufnahmegespräch.
Dort
legte
sich
dann
wieder
meine
erneut
aufgekommene
Angst
etwas.
Ich
traf
wieder
auf
eine
freundliche
Schwester.
Danach
ging
es
auf
die
HNO
Station.
Ich
wurde
von
einem
Pfleger
in
einem
(3
Bett)
Zimmer
gebracht
welches
groß,
sauber
und
schön
war.
Da
kein
weiterer
Patient
im
Zimmer
war
durfte
ich
mir
mein
Bett
aussuchen.
Es
dauerte
gar
nicht
lange
war
es
an
der
Zeit
für
die
OP.
Alles
verlief
reibungslos,
ruhig
und
freundlich.
Der
Pfleger
brachte
mich
mit
den
Aufzug
in
den
OP.
Auch
da
traf
ich
nur
auf
freundliche
Schwestern
die
seht
schnell
bemerkt
haben
das
sie
mit
mir
auf
ein
kleines
Angsthäschen
treffen.
Eine
Schwester
(ihren
Namen
weiß
ich
leider
nicht
mehr)
kümmerte
sich
besonders
um
mich,
streichelte
mir
meinen
Arm,
versuchte
sehr
einfühlsam
auf
mich
einzugehen
und
mir
meine
Angst
zu
nehmen
was
ihr
auch
gelang.
Dann
kam
der
Anästhesist
der
sich
mir
vorstellte,
mir
alles
was
nun
geschieht
ausführlich
und
gut
erklärte.
Ich
fühlte
mich
gut
aufgehoben
und
Schwupps
war
es
soweit
und
ich
ging
ins
"Traumland"
Operiert
wurde
ich
von
Dr.
Czisch.
Ihn
"kannte"
ich
schon
vom
Vorgespräch.
Ein
toller
Arzt,
einfühlsam,
kompetent,
er
erklärt
alles
ausführlich
und
geduldig.
Keine
Frage
die
man
stellt
bleibt
unbeantwortet
Kann
ich
nur
empfehlen
!
Als
ich
aus
der
Vollnarkose
aufwachte
dauerte
es
auch
gar
nicht
lange
bis
ich
wieder
auf
Station
gebracht
wurde.
Zu
keinem
Zeitpunkt
meines
ganzen
weiteren
Aufenthaltes
(ich
war
2
Nächte
da)
hatte
ich
ein
unschönes
Erlebnis.
ALLE
Schwestern
und
Pfleger
waren
sehr
freundlich,
kümmerten
sich,
fragten
sehr
oft
ob
etwas
benötigt
wurde.
Besonders
lobend
möchte
ich
Pfleger
Kevin
vom
Nachtdienst
hervorheben,
der
dann
sofort
helfend
zur
Stelle
war
als
ich
am
späten
Abend
dann
doch
noch
Schmerzen
bekam.
So
verbrachte
ich
dann
meine
erste,
schmerzfreie
Nacht
in
der
Hofgartenklinik.
Der
2.
Tag
verlief
ebenfalls
gut
Das
Essen
war
gut
und
reichlich,
was
mich
angenehm
von
einem
Krankenhaus
überraschte.
Ich
kenne
es
auch
anders
aus
einer
anderer
Klinik.
Mein
Fazit
von
der
Hofgartenklinik:
Ich
habe
meine
OP
gut
hinter
mich
gebracht,
alles
ist
gut
verlaufen
Hätte
ich
nicht
dieses
erste
unschöne
Erlebnis
mit
Schwester
Gabi
vom
Infoschalter
erlebt,
gäbe
es
absolut
nichts
was
man
bemängeln
könnte.
Keiner
begibt
sich
freiwillig
in
ein
Krankenhaus
zu
einer
OP,
falls
es
bei
mir
wieder
einmal
nötig
sein
sollte,
dann
jederzeit
wieder
die
Hofgartenklinik
Mir
ist
es
ein
Bedürfnis
mich
auch
noch
einmal
auf
diesen
Weg
bei
allen
Ärzten,
Schwestern
und
Pflegern
für
die
gute
Betreuung
zu
bedanken.
Ganz
besonders
bei
Schwester
Petra
und
Pfleger
Kevin
Vielen,
lieben
Dank
!
