Incredible taste and such a nice and superb service!

I'm always feeling like home when being at here. They are always super kind and friendly so very comfortable to stay. And of course the taste is excellent!! Definitely best karaage(Fried chicken) in Düsseldorf.

If you want to enjoy real authentic homestyle cooking of Japanese food, this is the place to be. We were lucky to try this gem. Pure taste as if your enjoying food at a Japanse family. Much appreciated and a unique place for a tourists oriented area. Warm comfort food at its best people.

Must try when you are at carlsplatz! Family-run, friendly and the food is on point and authentic; a mixture between Japanese and Chinese dishes on the menu. We ordered the fried chicken, ribs , dumplings and sesame cold noodles. The ribs were so tender and fell off the bones, the cold noodles was perfect for summer days. You can’t go wrong with any dish here. Service is a 10, fast, friendly and the place is clean. You are lucky to grab a free seat!

I ordered dumplings and spareribs lunch! The dumplings with plenty of gravy were very delicious. The shop's dad and mom had a very kind and warm atmosphere. He served customers in Japanese. The atmosphere that I would like to visit again is exactly my hometown.

It was a pleasant surprise for me as I haven't heard of them before. The food doesn't look as fancy as many other places, but the taste speaks for itself! Would visit them again when I am in Dusseldorf next month just because how cordial the host was!

A family run business. The owners are absurdly friendly, and their son who takes your order is the most charismatic person. They also seem to be feeding the rest of the stall owners in the vicinity free of charge which is nothing short of wholesome. The fried chicken was great, and my only comment would be that they should mention the edamame is served cold instead of hot. Overall a great time - stop by for some home cooked style food and some pleasant interactions.

Very nice Tonkatsu (Japanese Schnitzel), good portions and super friendly service. Would love to try more of their menu, so will definitely be back another time. Beware: the Tonkatsu is only available on Fridays. They are closed on Sundays.

Wow. Everything about this tiny family-ran restaurant is incredible! The service impecable, the food unbelievable and the kindness of the family unmatched. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Furusato is a gem for a late midday snack! We walked in, and a super polite waiter got us seated and sorted our order quick. We went for fried chicken as a warm-up, but it came with rice and marinated cucumber – a bonus meal! Juicy and oh-so-tasty! Next up, braised pork – it melted in our mouths like magic. We couldn't get enough of it. And those spicy beef noodles, they had the right kick! None of that weak "Germany spicy" stuff. Long story short, we're fans! Furusato is a family restaurant that's a must-try. High-five to their food and service! 👍🍗🍜

By far, the best Japanese restaurant in Düsseldorf. The family who owns and operates the restaurant are extremely friendly and the food is AMAZING. 10/10.

The food is absolutely delicious. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. The place is perfect for singles and couples since they have limited space.

Lunch was fantastic. Nice to have a Japanese lunch that is not sushi.
