I printed 80 pages there: fast and friendly service, fair price, was out again after 5 minutes with good prints. I am completely satisfied.

Bei einer telefonischen Anfrage im Shop, hat der gleiche junge männlicher Mitarbeiter mit dem ich auch im Shop gesprochen habe, mich unfreundlich behandelt und mir Unrecht unterstellt. Mir blieb also nichts anderes übrig als mich telefonisch bei der Servicehotline der DHL zu beschweren. Sollte es jemandem ebenso ergehen, kann ich meine Vorgehensweise empfehlen: Mir wurde angeboten, dass das Paket umsonst an mich erneut zugestellt werden kann. Meine Reklamation und Beschwerde wurde an die Filiale weitergeleitet. Edit/26.07.2018: Ich habe mehrfach nachgerechnet, das Paket wurde innerhalb der Frist zurückgeschickt. Wäre ich freundlich behandelt worden, hätte ich mich auch nicht bei der DHL beschwert, obwohl dieser Vorfall stattgefunden hat. Jeder macht mal einen Fehler, aber ich lasse mich nicht persönlich beleidigen. Ich finde auch, dass diese Antwort auf meine Rezension von wenig Reflektionsfähigkeit zeugt. Ich habe bei mmxpress auch guten Service erlebt, werde den Laden aber aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrung zukünftig meiden.

Wir gingen zur Kasse und der Verkäufer sagte nur "7,92 €". Ich wusste nicht, wie mir geschieht. Ich fragte ihn wie dieser Preis zustande kam, da sagte er knochentrocken "95 Cent für eine Farbkopie". 95 Cent. Wow.
