I called twice, I not from Germany I'm from the USA, the guy who answered the phone hung up immediately after I asked if they spoke English. Twice. So here's your review in return.

High end care, products, service and prices, happy wife, beautiful color and cut.

230 euros for balayage, cut, and style. Lots of additional costs added without explanation of the costs. I am satisfied with my hair but on the day I arrived they had no hot water in the sink anymore, think they should tell their walk in customers this then before we agree to sit down. I gave very clear instructions for my hair and it was mostly followed but also did not get the full layered effect I wanted because the hair dresser (manu) did not anticipate how much of the color would disappear in the cut. I wanted a v shape in my hair in the back and its honestly not there. Overall, satisfied but for the price and for not getting what i really wanted would not go back.

I have to say that is a very good BarberShop, The service is very nice and the give you a coffee or water when you wait for your turn. I'm very satisfied with the haircut I got.

I can easily say they are one of the best hair salons. Amazing amazing staff. Amazing amazing services. Got my hair cut and styled by Ferhat. He knows HAIR!! Before the cut we had a small consultation, such a relaxing head massage and wash and then the cherry on top was the amazing styling. Coming back soon!

Was very cold inside and they charged 54 euro for cutting my hair and brush dry even i paid for olaplex and brush dry. They charged twice to dry my hair. I do not recommend!

I am a regular customer in this place. The staff are incredibly friendly. They listen well to what one wants. I think this is one single important thing I expect from my hairdresser. To listen and to have the skills to do what I want. I don't have the most common of hair texture in Germany and I have had difficulties before to find people who have the ability to work with my hair. None of that in this facility. I've seen them going above and beyond to work on my hair to get the result I wanted. I also trust them enough to sometimes just say, I feel adventurous this time. Do what you want with my hair and come out thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend this hair salon.

Top and Amazing service!

When I was new to cologne, I tried a lot of places in and around the centre. This place is by far the best. Awesome staff, and skilled enough to go from vague descriptions and hand waiving. The only place (at least for a guys cut...) to also wash your hair after the cut (genius!).
