Ich kann solch ein Verhalten grundsätzlich und insbesondere wenn man von Dienstleistung und Verkauf lebt nicht im geringsten nachvollziehen. Traurig wie schlecht hier große internationale Autokonzerne vertreten werden. Ein Brief mit detaillierten Angaben und Klarnamen zu dem Vorfall geht nach Abschluss der Angelegenheit direkt an den Deutschlandsitz des betreffenden Autohersteller. Solches Fehlverhalten muss transparent gemacht werden.
