A very beautiful place where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view of greenery around you. You can sit for hours there on the concrete hill and between the greenery and just enjoy a very rare location of Aachen.

Beautiful and serene

Great view definatly come prepared. Maybe picknick blanket drinks etc. There might not be enough place on the hangmats and you would have to wait a bit. Also there are no trash cans or toilets nearby. We did have a great time

A great viewpoint to sit and relax. Peaceful and beautiful nature with birds singing in back forest and wind turbines in far front. There are 6 hammocks to lie and swing. Pity too much rubbish. Down the hill there are farms, cattle and horses, and there might be ticks on the grass. Many go and lie on the grass! Not a great idea. One can hike from Ponttor to Lousberg and rest point terrace, And further continue down the hill through farms to Laurensberg and then catch bus back to Aachen center. Suggestions to Stadtaachen or Friends of Lousberg: -A rubbish bin next to the terrace The two small next to benches usually full! -A warning sign on ticks -A view sign showing directions -Perhaps a coffee machine on weekends (business idea)

Beautiful, cozy and comfortable place to hang out. It's sometimes (quite naturally) crowded though

After several minutes of hiking the view was worth watching! Great place to relax. Less crowded beautiful place to visit must.

One of the most amazing places in Aachen. Full of natural and scenic beauty. But alas! It's often ruined by people partying by the hammocks, blasting loud music while littering the place with beer bottles. Try visiting during the morning or the day.

A cosy comfy place that you can enjoy. Gentle breeze in the summer are just heavenly experience. I once sat there all alone and how hours have passed, I had no idea. It's that good. The views are so soothing. Cows and horses in front of you... Not so close though, so you can't smell them. The view of a German semi-countryside is what I can name it.

Gorgeous view. It is great for your phisical and mental health. I really recommend it.

Every city should have these! Every hill should have this! Every viewpoint should have this!
